Support Toyota’s corporate fleet customers and regional sales team by responding to enquiries, preparing vehicle quotations, converting opportunities into orders and contracts, and managing vehicle lifecycle activities. Build customer relationships, coordinate with dealers and internal stakeholders, provide reporting and administrative support, identify portfolio growth opportunities, and improve processes through a continuous-improvement mindset.

Provides customer and sales support for Toyota Fleet Management’s corporate fleet clients. Responsibilities include preparing vehicle quotations, converting opportunities into orders and contracts, managing vehicle lifecycles, coordinating dealers and internal stakeholders, supporting registrations and renewals, and identifying revenue and retention opportunities. The role requires strong communication, organisation, relationship-building, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Manage employer transactions for novated leasing and salary packaging customers, including payfile distribution, arrears management, payment reconciliation, deduction requests, and GST-related enquiries. Respond to employer and employee queries, resolve account issues within service standards, maintain stakeholder relationships, and support customer meetings, information sessions, and business reviews.
