Lead corporate and business-unit strategy development and execution to drive growth and operational efficiency in manufacturing. Conduct market research and competitor analysis, develop go-to-market plans, align cross-functional teams, monitor initiatives, recommend distribution and process improvements, and prepare business cases for leadership.
