Lead marketing and business development for PVC product lines, develop sales and channel strategies, expand into new markets, manage forecasts and budgets, oversee promotions and trade shows, build distributor and retailer relationships, negotiate major contracts, and recruit and manage the sales and marketing team to meet revenue targets.
