Manage workforce planning and temporary staffing strategies for a distribution center. Coordinate staffing agencies, onboarding, scheduling, attendance, timekeeping, payroll, labor compliance, and employee access systems. Analyze staffing, productivity, attendance, overtime, labor costs, and financial data; maintain operational reports and dashboards for leadership. Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and agency vendors to resolve discrepancies, support seasonal staffing, maintain compliance, and improve labor management practices.

Assists with producing, updating, testing, publishing, and maintaining ecommerce and brand website content using CMS tools and HTML. Supports product enrichment, content lifecycles, quality assurance, project ticketing, creative requests, and publishing calendars. Collaborates with creative, development, merchandising, and digital marketing teams to ensure accurate, timely content launches across devices and regions while helping optimize revenue and guest experience.

Manage digital advertising and affiliate marketing agencies during a temporary parental-leave coverage assignment. Oversee SEM, paid social, display, affiliate campaigns, budgets, invoices, reporting, optimization, and partner relationships. Coordinate with marketing, creative, merchandising, and eCommerce teams; maintain campaign calendars, approve advertisements, ensure brand consistency, identify performance opportunities, and provide leadership updates. The role also requires a clear handoff of open items and priorities when the assignment ends.

Installs and configures PCs, Macs, printers, and network equipment; develops software deployment packages; manages patches, assets, licensing, and documentation; and researches technology solutions. Collaborates with infrastructure teams, supports systems administrators, and may travel occasionally to support new or relocated retail and restaurant locations.
