The role delivers excellent customer service in a retail environment while maintaining brand standards. It requires frequent lifting, bending, kneeling, prolonged standing, occasional ladder climbing, and availability for varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Provides exceptional guest service in a Tommy Bahama retail store by greeting customers, recommending merchandise, sharing product knowledge, offering styling advice and add-ons, promoting marketing programs and events, and supporting sales and service goals. Participates in store meetings and performs physical duties including lifting up to 50 pounds, frequent bending, standing for extended periods, and occasional ladder climbing. Must work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
