Lead creative vision and strategic direction for Tommy Bahama Women's Design across product categories. Develop seasonal direction (color, print, silhouette, fabrication), partner with Merchandising, Product Development and Marketing to translate consumer insights into commercial product strategies, and manage budgets, processes and calendars. Build and mentor a high-performing design team, drive operational excellence, and travel for trend research. Ensure garment fit, construction, and material quality while protecting brand authenticity and profitability.

Provide friendly, knowledgeable guest service and product recommendations to meet sales goals. Participate in store meetings, support merchandising and marketing initiatives, perform physical tasks like lifting and stocking, and work varied hours to maintain store operations and exceed guest expectations.
