Coordinates apparel product development and production from initial samples through bulk manufacturing. Maintains WIP reports, tech packs, cost sheets, PLM data, approvals, testing, inspections, delivery timelines, and production materials. Communicates with vendors and cross-functional teams, monitors quality and lead times, supports costing and sourcing, resolves production issues, and implements process improvements.

Create and deliver branded digital and print designs across websites, email, social media, paid media, retail, and dining experiences. Develop typography, editorial layouts, illustrations, icons, and campaign assets while maintaining brand consistency. Collaborate with ecommerce, merchandising, and development teams using Figma to create scalable, user-centered experiences. Support print projects, apply AI to improve efficiency, and present high-quality creative work from concept through delivery.

Leads women’s cut-and-sew knit sportswear design from trend research and concept development through fittings, samples, tech packs, and final product approval. Partners with materials, product development, merchandising, sales, and vendors to deliver seasonal assortments aligned with brand and cost targets. Presents collections, manages development calendars, and mentors Associate and Assistant Designers.
