Lead national supply support, distribution and customer service for a large Defence logistics contract. Oversee 700+ staff across ~50 sites via regional leaders, ensure contractual compliance, drive operational excellence, risk management, stakeholder engagement with Defence, and contribute to strategic planning, financial performance and capability development.

Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team for freight forwarding: process sales orders, verify rates, maintain customer files, liaise with operations and BDMs, follow up on POs and payments, input rates into EDI, coordinate meetings, and recommend process improvements to ensure excellent customer service.

Lead month-end and quarter-end financial close activities, prepare and analyze weekly/monthly P&L, manage GL and balance sheet reconciliations, oversee budgeting/forecasting and variance analysis, support audits and tax review, drive process improvements and ad-hoc financial analysis to inform business decisions.

Perform inbound/outbound receiving and stuffing, issue and transfer materials for production, cycle and inventory counts, QC sampling, waste disposal, and follow EHS/GMP SOPs. Report damage and assist supervisors with assigned warehouse tasks.

Lead daily warehouse and distribution centre operations at the Kemps Creek Amazon site, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective service delivery. Manage resources, WMS-driven labour optimisation, customer relationships, and continuous improvement while meeting performance, safety and financial targets.

Perform daily warehouse duties including MHE checks, stock transfers, system receipts, cycle counts, outbound order accuracy, cargo schedule monitoring, documentation validation, discrepancy escalation, and maintaining warehouse safety and housekeeping.

Analyse transport, fleet, and logistics data to produce dashboards, KPI reporting and insights that improve fleet utilisation, on-time delivery, route performance, cost efficiency, and contract compliance. Support forecasting, root-cause analysis, data reconciliation, and continuous improvement while collaborating with operations, fleet, contract teams and IT.

Oversee daily warehouse/RDC operations, enforce policies and recordkeeping, create and monitor work plans, train and evaluate staff, coordinate with suppliers/customers, ensure HSE compliance (PPE, training, risk assessments), investigate incidents, support audits and business development, and perform other assigned tasks.

Process supplier invoices and payments, verify approvals, post transactions, reconcile vendor statements and AP balances, support month-end close and AP ageing reporting, resolve discrepancies with stakeholders, maintain audit-ready records, meet KPIs/SLAs, and support process improvements and ad-hoc SSC projects.

Support accounts payable processing, assist with financial reporting and reconciliations, maintain financial documentation, and provide administrative and data-entry support to the accounting team.

Provide customer account and transaction support, maintain professional customer relationships, coordinate with stakeholders, resolve customer queries per processes and contractual standards, and support junior staff as needed.

Perform and supervise maintenance and troubleshooting on AW139 and medium helicopters to ensure airworthiness and availability. Execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, assess risks, ensure regulatory compliance (CASR), and maintain a safe workplace.

Manage and grow a portfolio of customers by developing relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, negotiating rates and contracts, conducting business reviews, coordinating with operations, resolving escalations, and implementing sales strategies and IT tools to increase revenue and profitability.
