The opportunity
- 制定部門人力規劃及工作職掌，進行培訓、激勵、輔導及管理，提出明確倉庫系統需求，與客服人員及客戶協調溝通並執行管理倉庫與客戶服務作業
- 傳達公司政策並確實依政策執行到位，且負責與客服單位溝通工作狀況
- 各項倉庫相關管理表單製作與分析，有效強化內稽內控之作業執行，能找出問題點並提出具體可執行的解決方案
- 協助及指導倉庫人員具備在工作崗位上所需技能
- WMS/TMS /客戶系統的正確操作，同時支援客服部門包括客戶異常回饋案件處理
- 其他主管交辦事項
What you’ll need to succeed
- 大學以上畢業，需有基礎商業英文溝通能力
- 物流、供應鏈管理相關專業為佳
- 具5年以上倉儲管理經驗，帶領最少10人團隊經驗；
- 孰悉Office Excel(函數及公式的運用), Word PPT
- 有ERP、WMS系統、高位貨架倉庫管理工作經驗者優先面談；
- 具備優秀的組織協調、規劃、溝通能力; 在工作持續保持樂觀積極即抱持正面態度
