(一)、制定部門人力規劃及工作職掌，進行培訓、激勵、輔導及管理，提出明確倉庫系統需求，與客服人員及客戶協調溝通並執行管理倉庫與客戶服務作業;
(二)、傳達�司政策並確實依政策執行到位，且負責與客服單位溝通工作狀況;
(三)、各�倉庫相關管理表單製作與分析，有效強化�稽�控之作業執行，能找出問題點並提出�體可執行的解決方案;
(四)、協助及指導倉庫人員�備在工作崗位上所需技能;
(五)、WMS/TMS /客戶系統的正確操作，同時支援客服部門�括客戶異常回饋案件處理
