The Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for a strategic Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Stockholm. We are looking to hire an executive who is hungry for success and eager to grow our business, willing to drive the sales and develop new and existing business. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with our clients and other departments within Toll. 

  

  • Analyze and identify target customers to boost gross profit and volumes 

  • Convert sales leads to gross profit in line with objectives 

  • Develop the product mix between Ocean, Air, and others 

  • Meet with new clients and conduct qualified sales visits as scheduled 

  • Provide accurate and timely information to client services and operations for efficiency 

  • Deliver market feedback to enhance TGF’s market offerings 

  • Ensure high reliability and consistency in service delivery, making it easier for clients to do business with Toll 

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and tender responses to secure new business 
     
      

What you’ll need to succeed: 

  

  • In-depth knowledge of freight forwarding requirements, market, and regulations 

  • Exceptional selling and presentation skills, with experience in diverse cultural environments 

  • Thorough understanding of industry regulations 

  • Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English 

  • Strong existing client relationships  

  • Commercially focused and results-oriented 

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and tender responses to secure new business 

  • Participate in the implementation of new products/business to ensure proper processes
