Leads the Bank’s compliance function, overseeing regulatory compliance, AML/CFT, KYC, customer due diligence, sanctions and PEP screening, transaction monitoring, regulatory reporting, compliance testing, training, and regulatory examinations. Provides independent advice to management and the Board, evaluates products and partnerships for regulatory risk, investigates and escalates suspicious activity, tracks remediation, and continuously strengthens the compliance framework and ethical culture.

Ensures strong segregation of duties, maker-checker controls, operational efficiency, reliable digital services, and timely resolution of exceptions and customer issues.

Manage bank liquidity, treasury strategies, surplus-fund deployment, money-market investments, institutional relationships, counterparty exposures, funding, and asset-liability risks. Ensure compliance with liquidity, investment, concentration, and governance limits while maintaining segregation of treasury duties. Prepare liquidity and treasury reports for Management, ALCO, and the Board; support audits and regulatory examinations; and guide treasury back-office activities and cross-functional stakeholders.

Leads the Bank’s independent internal audit function, developing risk-based audit plans and assessing financial, operational, treasury, technology, credit, compliance, and fraud controls. Reports findings to management and the Board Audit Committee, investigates suspected irregularities, tracks remediation, validates corrective actions, and safeguards audit independence. Provides evidence-based assurance on governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and the overall internal control environment.

Leads the bank’s technology strategy, core banking platform, digital channels, systems integrations, cybersecurity, data architecture, business continuity, technology operations, regulatory compliance, vendor relationships, and technology team. The role advises executive leadership, drives digital transformation, ensures secure and scalable systems, manages technology risks and performance, and oversees delivery of reliable banking infrastructure and customer-facing digital services.

Leads the bank’s business growth strategy across institutional, SME, micro-enterprise, and retail segments. Responsibilities include deposit mobilization, customer acquisition, lending origination, portfolio growth, enterprise development, marketing, relationship management, team leadership, performance monitoring, reporting, and regulatory compliance. The role supports informal and emerging businesses while driving revenue, financial inclusion, and sustainable commercial performance.

Leads the Microfinance Bank’s strategy, operations, growth, profitability, regulatory compliance, risk management, governance, and financial stability. Drives deposits, lending, customer acquisition, revenue, and technology adoption while maintaining strong controls and prudential requirements. Coordinates executive leadership, Board reporting, stakeholder relationships, succession planning, and regulatory engagement with the Central Bank of Nigeria, NDIC, and other authorities.
