Lead planning, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of medical equipment for a hospital project. Coordinate OEMs, contractors, consultants, and clinical stakeholders; review designs and infrastructure readiness; manage vendor evaluations, deliveries, commissioning, training, documentation, and asset records to ensure compliance with standards and operational readiness.

Lead a multi-specialist hospital turnaround in Abuja by assessing operations, implementing a strategic recovery plan, improving financial performance, optimizing operations and revenue, strengthening governance, driving growth, and building a performance-driven culture.

Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems; build dashboards and reports (Power BI); identify trends, KPIs, and performance gaps; support ERP reporting and cross-functional stakeholders; maintain documentation and ensure data governance and audit readiness.
