Manage end-to-end procurement for construction materials, equipment, and services: sourcing, vendor coordination, market analysis, documentation, ERP-based processing, supplier management, compliance, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to meet project timelines and cost targets.

Lead end-to-end delivery of an international-standard hospital project: develop the Project Execution Plan, establish governance, manage schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project), budgets, contracts (FIDIC), design coordination, procurement, construction, commissioning, HSE/QAQC, risk management, stakeholder reporting, and handover to operations while ensuring on-time, on-budget, and regulatory-compliant delivery.

Support the Project Director by coordinating multidisciplinary teams, monitoring progress against schedules and milestones, verifying site progress, tracking risks/issues, maintaining milestone and action registers, ensuring technical compliance, preparing consolidated reports and dashboards, and facilitating stakeholder communication to drive timely, compliant project delivery.
