Leads social-impact programmes supporting vulnerable women, children, and families. Responsibilities include beneficiary assessment, intervention planning, budgeting, programme delivery, monitoring and evaluation, safeguarding, partnership management, Board reporting, risk management, and team development. The role requires strong case management, financial oversight, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and travel within Nigeria.

Lead the design coordination, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical building services for a 350-bed hospital. Manage contractors, engineers, technicians, suppliers, budgets, schedules, quality assurance, compliance, documentation, and system handover. Ensure HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, drainage, pumps, medical gas, and fire protection systems meet approved designs, safety standards, healthcare requirements, and operational needs.

Leads the Group-wide HR function across multiple companies and business units. Develops people strategies, policies, governance, workforce plans, talent programs, performance and reward frameworks, employee relations practices, HR analytics, and HR technology systems. Advises senior leadership on organizational design, workforce risks, compliance, culture, succession, and change management while leading and developing HR teams.
