Coordinate importation, customs clearing, and international logistics for project materials. Manage Form M, PAAR, SONCAP compliance, documentation, freight coordination, vendor liaison, shipment tracking, and reporting to ensure timely, compliant delivery to project sites.

Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems; build dashboards and reports (Power BI); identify trends, KPIs, and performance gaps; support ERP reporting and cross-functional stakeholders; maintain documentation and ensure data governance and audit readiness.

Support the Project Director by coordinating multidisciplinary teams, monitoring progress against schedules and milestones, verifying site progress, tracking risks/issues, maintaining milestone and action registers, ensuring technical compliance, preparing consolidated reports and dashboards, and facilitating stakeholder communication to drive timely, compliant project delivery.
