Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems; build dashboards and reports (Power BI); identify trends, KPIs, and performance gaps; support ERP reporting and cross-functional stakeholders; maintain documentation and ensure data governance and audit readiness.

Support the Project Director by coordinating multidisciplinary teams, monitoring progress against schedules and milestones, verifying site progress, tracking risks/issues, maintaining milestone and action registers, ensuring technical compliance, preparing consolidated reports and dashboards, and facilitating stakeholder communication to drive timely, compliant project delivery.

Lead end-to-end delivery of an international-standard hospital project: develop the Project Execution Plan, establish governance, manage schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project), budgets, contracts (FIDIC), design coordination, procurement, construction, commissioning, HSE/QAQC, risk management, stakeholder reporting, and handover to operations while ensuring on-time, on-budget, and regulatory-compliant delivery.
