Prospect and manage accounts, assess lifting needs, produce detailed quotes, advise on safety/compliance, coordinate projects with engineering and logistics, perform site visits, and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business.

Sell commercial crane and rigging services within an assigned territory: maintain and grow accounts, prepare quotes, determine appropriate cranes via load charts, coordinate with dispatch, meet territory revenue targets (~$2M+), ensure safety compliance, perform reporting, travel overnight as required, and close sales while managing customer relationships.

Sell crane and rigging services to industrial and commercial customers via phone and in-person. Manage leads, bids/estimates, proposals, project costing, and customer relationships. Coordinate job walks, maintain sales records, support collections, and interface with operations to ensure accurate work orders. Local travel required.
