Creates and revises 2D and 3D CAD drawings, lift plans, rigging layouts, assembly drawings, and technical documentation for crane and rigging projects. Incorporates crane capacities, configurations, counterweights, outriggers, and rigging equipment. Collaborates with clients, engineers, project managers, operators, riggers, and safety personnel; conducts field measurements; assembles lift plan packets; maintains drawing files; and adapts plans to project changes.

Documents current-state business processes, creates process maps and SOPs, validates procedures in business systems, maintains SOP governance, applies Lean Six Sigma methods, supports system testing and user training, and helps standardize processes across branches and corporate teams.

Produces photo, video, written, social media, print, advertising, and event content for crane and rigging operations. Manages social channels, content calendars, digital assets, paid social support, print vendors, brand standards, and recruiting content. Periodically travels to job sites and branches for content capture while following safety requirements. Coordinates projects, maintains marketing materials, tracks engagement, and supports sales, recruiting, events, and branch communications.

Serve as the bridge between Finance/Accounting and IT to translate requirements into ERP/financial system solutions. Lead process harmonization, data governance, cleansing, migration and reconciliation, and identify automation/reporting improvements. Support vendor evaluations, UAT, training, change management, and stakeholder engagement to drive system adoption and operational readiness.

Sell specialty rigging and crane services within a defined territory by maintaining and growing customer accounts, achieving sales targets, preparing proposals, managing sales-to-execution handoffs, and building long-term client relationships to support multimillion-dollar annual revenue.

Sell crane and rigging services to industrial and commercial customers via phone and in-person. Manage leads, bids/estimates, proposals, project costing, and customer relationships. Coordinate job walks, maintain sales records, support collections, and interface with operations to ensure accurate work orders. Local travel required.

Manage a sales territory to maintain and develop customer accounts for commercial crane and rigging services. Prepare and present quotes, select appropriate cranes using load charts, coordinate with dispatch, close sales, and support safety and administrative reporting. Travel overnight as required and maintain customer relationships to drive $2M+ annual revenue.
