Teams at TNT Crane & Rigging

Manage an assigned territory to maintain and grow customer accounts for commercial crane and rigging services. Achieve territory sales targets (establish $2M+ annual revenue), prepare quotes, close sales, coordinate with dispatch, read crane load charts, communicate safety issues, handle administrative reporting, and maintain required licenses and driving record.

Serve as the bridge between Finance/Accounting and IT to translate requirements into ERP/financial system configurations, drive process harmonization, lead data governance and cleansing, support migrations and UAT, design training and change enablement, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to optimize financial reporting, reconciliation, and automation.

Provides clerical and administrative support to the Training Department: registers and tracks apprentices in RAPIDS, coordinates and schedules classes/instructors, maintains records and compliance documentation, prepares training materials and reports, manages inventory, collects feedback, and serves as a departmental point of contact.
