Conduct field safety audits and inspections for crane, rigging, and vehicle operations; communicate safety policies to employees and customers; record audits, incidents and corrective actions in Ideagen; perform operator, rigging and driving assessments; investigate near misses/incidents; participate in gate checks and ensure compliance with company and regulatory safety standards.

Sell specialty rigging and crane services within a defined territory by maintaining and growing customer accounts, achieving sales targets, preparing proposals, managing sales-to-execution handoffs, and building long-term client relationships to support multimillion-dollar annual revenue.

Manage assigned territory to maintain and grow customer accounts for crane and rigging services. Prepare quotes, coordinate with dispatch, determine appropriate cranes using load charts, close sales, report administratively, communicate safety, travel overnight as needed, and meet $2M+ annual revenue targets while following safety and company policies.
