Provides technical leadership for enterprise infrastructure across Disney Cruise Line vessels and staging facilities. Designs, deploys, configures, and supports servers, storage, virtualization, backup, and hyperconverged platforms. Leads complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis, vendor coordination, lifecycle management, security hardening, monitoring, automation, and operational readiness. Supports ABC7’s Consumer Investigative I-Team by researching viewer complaints, developing story leads, attending field shoots and interviews, logging interviews in Dalet, coordinating interviews, identifying digital stories, and submitting Freedom of Information Act requests. The intern also assists investigative reporters and producers with story development and segment editing. This is a part-time, six-month internship requiring 18 hours weekly in Chicago.

Designs and develops Disney Pixar toys, packaging, artwork, and merchandise across action figures, vehicles, plush, and roleplay. Collaborates with licensees, vendors, Pixar partners, and internal teams on creative development, product approvals, revisions, deadlines, and presentations. Applies hardlines manufacturing knowledge, marketplace trends, and innovative design concepts from ideation through production. The role is onsite in Glendale, California, with limited domestic travel for licensee approvals and trade shows.

Leads enterprise FP&A for Disney’s Entertainment and Sports segments, including forecasts, annual operating plans, long-range plans, executive and Board materials, performance analysis, scenario modeling, valuation, and investment decision support. Partners with finance, strategy, investor relations, treasury, and segment teams to improve forecast accuracy, support capital allocation, and communicate financial results and strategic insights.

Manage a portfolio of third-party operating participant tenants across Disneyland Resort environments. Responsibilities include lease administration and negotiations, tenant onboarding, operational audits, design and construction coordination, compliance with Disney standards, business performance oversight, executive presentations, process development, and stakeholder relationship management. The role also supports business development, master planning, project closeout, and strategic recommendations while ensuring tenant product and service excellence.

Supports photo publicity campaigns for films, television projects, and talent by coordinating photo shoots, managing schedules and logistics, organizing photo assets, editing images, distributing approved photography, tracking requests and coverage, and assisting with premieres, press events, and other publicity activities.

Requires strong Nuke skills, aesthetic judgment, photo-realism and color expertise, compositional ability, Unix familiarity, and a demo reel. This is a six-month hybrid contract in London.

Leads the architecture, development, and operation of Disney’s AI and machine learning platform for finance. Responsibilities include managing a global engineering team, building production LLM applications and governed data foundations, defining AI/ML roadmaps, enforcing RBAC and engineering quality, guiding build-versus-integrate decisions, partnering with finance stakeholders, and driving enterprise adoption. The role is hands-on, involving architecture, implementation, technical reviews, code review, model evaluation, and delivery oversight.
