Manages a portfolio of third-party operating participant tenants across Disney properties. Responsibilities include lease administration and negotiation, compliance with Disney standards, tenant design coordination, operational audits, business performance, financial forecasting, project support, and executive stakeholder relationships. The role supports new developments, renovations, renewals, and strategic tenanting initiatives while ensuring product and service excellence.

Supports television programming production for specials and a weekly talk show through field shoots, interview transcription and logging, research, fact-checking, and capturing graphics and music for post-production. The intern learns television production workflows, FCC regulations, music rights, and licensing while collaborating with executive and senior producers. This is a part-time, six-month internship requiring college enrollment, a portfolio or reel, reliable transportation, and availability in New York.

News intern will support reporters, photojournalists, producers, and the assignment desk with field newsgathering, live remotes, copywriting, video editing, editorial meetings, story planning, and digital/social media distribution. The role provides exposure to broadcast newsroom operations and requires a reliable 20-hour weekly schedule in Houston from January through early June 2027.
