Lead development and implementation of training standards, programs, and audits for Entertainment Operations. Manage training projects, create documentation and metrics, deliver training onboard and ashore, drive continuous improvement, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and serve as primary training contact for assigned sites and business lines.

Support the creative supervisor by producing and coordinating creative materials for content releases across social, partnerships, PR, media and owned channels; liaise with advertising and media agencies for quality, timing and brand control; help develop ideas in brainstorms; maintain reporting, competitive monitoring, and prepare presentations and internal reports for Brand Marketing.

The Tech Lead Software Engineer will design and build scalable backend services for media playback, mentor engineers, and guide architectural decisions. Responsibilities include leading discussions, code reviews, and ensuring system reliability and performance for streaming applications.
