Provides excellent customer service by greeting customers, identifying their needs, recommending products, processing point-of-sale transactions, preparing bills, receiving shipments, and maintaining current product knowledge while following company policies.

Assists with demand forecasting, inventory ordering, shipment tracking, receiving inspections, supplier coordination, stock rotation, inventory audits, quality checks, and moving goods between the warehouse and store. The role supports accurate documentation, adequate stock levels, reduced wastage, and improved inventory organization while working flexible hours in a team environment.

Manage sales, bookings, guest inquiries, reporting, and activity allocation for water sports and excursions. Maximize revenue through upselling while coordinating with instructors and other departments. Provide accurate activity information, prioritize VIP and special-needs guests, handle complaints and follow-up, maintain service areas, and enforce resort, safety, hygiene, and government regulations.

Prepares Indian and continental cuisine according to resort standards, including mise en place, curries, gravies, tandoor items, breads, and rice dishes. Maintains food quality, hygiene, stock levels, labeling, temperature control, and FIFO procedures. Assists senior chefs, minimizes waste, communicates with the kitchen team, completes shift handovers, and follows safety and resort policies.

Plans and delivers daily and evening entertainment and recreation programs at a resort, including shows, themed events, cultural programs, and guest activities. Coordinates performers, vendors, schedules, equipment, and resort departments while ensuring safety and service standards. Supervises, trains, and motivates the entertainment team; manages budgeting, procurement, inventory, reporting, and guest feedback. The role is hands-on and requires flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Performs music and entertainment for resort guests, creates appropriate atmospheres, and supports indoor and outdoor food and beverage events. Responsibilities include setting up, operating, cleaning, maintaining, and inventorying audio and lighting equipment; coordinating event and bar setups; promoting resort activities; assisting with event management; maintaining karaoke materials; and participating in staff functions. Requires strong communication, music equipment skills, beverage knowledge, suggestive selling ability, and at least one year of relevant experience.

Sources and purchases goods and services, negotiates supplier pricing, prepares purchase orders, coordinates deliveries, maintains supplier records, monitors inventory, reviews requisitions, supports audits and contract management, and prepares procurement reports. The role also ensures policy compliance, accurate documentation, timely supply, and cost-saving process improvements while collaborating with internal departments and stores teams.

Supervise food and beverage outlet operations, ensuring punctuality, guest satisfaction, hygiene, sanitation, inventory control, cashiering compliance, and service readiness. Direct and train service staff, provide feedback, handle complaints, coordinate VIP and event preparations, promote sales, maintain beverage and linen standards, and communicate operational needs to management.

Support the Spa Manager with daily spa operations: coordinate bookings, facility maintenance, enforce policies, train and coach reception and therapist teams, assist with reception and administrative duties, upsell products, and perform treatments when required.

Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heavy and industrial equipment; schedule and supervise technicians; enforce safety and compliance; manage warranties, customer complaints, and generate maintenance contracts.

Design, maintain, and optimize mechanical systems and machinery for a resort. Perform inspections, repairs, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, develop specifications, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, train staff, and conduct feasibility and cost-benefit analyses.

Lead and manage marine, mechanical, electrical, and facilities engineering for a resort. Oversee vessel and equipment maintenance, troubleshoot faults, implement preventive maintenance, supervise and train technicians, and ensure safety and minimal disruption to guest operations.

Support kitchen team in preparing and cooking meals, ensuring efficient operations, high food quality, presentation, and hygiene in a dynamic resort environment.

The Watersports Guide ensures guest safety, maintains equipment, conducts excursions, and provides exceptional customer service in water sports activities.

The Account Officer, Receivables manages customer billing processes, tracks payments, reviews account activities, and assists the AR Manager with tasks related to accounts receivable.
