Performs music and entertainment for resort guests, creates appropriate atmospheres, and supports indoor and outdoor food and beverage events. Responsibilities include setting up, operating, cleaning, maintaining, and inventorying audio and lighting equipment; coordinating event and bar setups; promoting resort activities; assisting with event management; maintaining karaoke materials; and participating in staff functions. Requires strong communication, music equipment skills, beverage knowledge, suggestive selling ability, and at least one year of relevant experience.

Sources and purchases goods and services, negotiates supplier pricing, prepares purchase orders, coordinates deliveries, maintains supplier records, monitors inventory, reviews requisitions, supports audits and contract management, and prepares procurement reports. The role also ensures policy compliance, accurate documentation, timely supply, and cost-saving process improvements while collaborating with internal departments and stores teams.

Welcomes and assists spa guests, manages internal and external calls, schedules and confirms treatment reservations, allocates bookings, handles complaints, prepares daily and monthly reports, monitors boutique inventory, and reports maintenance needs while following spa policies and service standards.

Supervise food and beverage outlet operations, ensuring punctuality, guest satisfaction, hygiene, sanitation, inventory control, cashiering compliance, and service readiness. Direct and train service staff, provide feedback, handle complaints, coordinate VIP and event preparations, promote sales, maintain beverage and linen standards, and communicate operational needs to management.

Support the Spa Manager with daily spa operations: coordinate bookings, facility maintenance, enforce policies, train and coach reception and therapist teams, assist with reception and administrative duties, upsell products, and perform treatments when required.

Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heavy and industrial equipment; schedule and supervise technicians; enforce safety and compliance; manage warranties, customer complaints, and generate maintenance contracts.

Design, maintain, and optimize mechanical systems and machinery for a resort. Perform inspections, repairs, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, develop specifications, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, train staff, and conduct feasibility and cost-benefit analyses.

Lead and manage marine, mechanical, electrical, and facilities engineering for a resort. Oversee vessel and equipment maintenance, troubleshoot faults, implement preventive maintenance, supervise and train technicians, and ensure safety and minimal disruption to guest operations.

Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner and a la carte items to standard recipes ensuring correct taste, texture, colour and presentation. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and equipment, assist Chef de Partie with orders, participate in training, and follow health & safety rules.

Support kitchen team in preparing and cooking meals, ensuring efficient operations, high food quality, presentation, and hygiene in a dynamic resort environment.

The Watersports Guide ensures guest safety, maintains equipment, conducts excursions, and provides exceptional customer service in water sports activities.

The Account Officer, Receivables manages customer billing processes, tracks payments, reviews account activities, and assists the AR Manager with tasks related to accounts receivable.

The Learning & Development Manager will design, implement, and coordinate training programs, collaborating across departments to enhance employee skills and career growth.
