Job DescriptionAs a Watersports Guide at Villa Haven, you will assist in the daily operations of the water-sports center, helping to ensure guests have a safe and enjoyable experience. This role requires a passion for water-sports, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Qualifications- Minimum two years of experience in the watersports field (preferred).
- Strong interest in watersports and outdoor activities.
- Certifications:
- Certificate-3 in Aquatic Recreation Program (Villa College)
- VDWS Watersports Assistant Certificate
- VDWS Basic Windsurfing License
- VDWS Basic Catamaran Sailing License
- SLSA Surf Rescue Certificate
- Emergency First Response (EFR) Certificate
- General Certificate of Education (Ordinary Level).
- Ability to handle motorized vessels.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and emergency procedures related to watersports.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous activities.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
