Job Description

The Cost Controller will be responsible for monitoring and managing all cost-related activities within Villa Haven. This includes analyzing costs, preparing budget reports, and implementing cost-saving measures. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure financial efficiency and sustainability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cost control or financial management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a remote location and adapt to a flexible schedule.
