Leads the resort’s learning and development strategy, including training needs analysis, annual training plans, onboarding, workshops, coaching, service standards, compliance training, talent development, succession planning, training records, external programs, and budget management. The role partners with department leaders to improve team member capabilities, operational performance, guest experiences, and continuous learning across the luxury resort.

Supports daily Human Resources operations, team member welfare, engagement, records maintenance, documentation, onboarding, social activities, committee meetings, recognition programs, and travel arrangements for new resort employees.

Manages resort human resources operations, including employee relations, recruitment, policies, investigations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, payroll, training, safety, grievances, and workforce engagement. Partners with department leaders and management to improve employee satisfaction, retention, legal compliance, and operational effectiveness while supporting HR budgeting and cost-reduction initiatives.
