Support daily HR operations and team member welfare. Greet visitors, process HR paperwork, maintain personnel records, organize events and committees, manage onboarding and travel arrangements, prepare HR correspondence, and support engagement initiatives.

Supervise and coordinate all activities of an assigned F&B outlet, assist the Director of F&B with planning and events, maintain hygiene and quality standards, manage budgets and service flow, train and motivate staff, and ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

The Dive Master will lead and supervise diving activities, assist with courses, ensure safety, and promote marine conservation at the resort.
