As a Recreation Assistant, you will provide customer service, supervise sports activities, conduct fitness sessions, and ensure guest safety at the sports center.

Prepare, cook, plate, and present food while maintaining kitchen cleanliness and following food safety standards (HACCP). Assist with stock control, operate kitchen equipment safely, produce breads and pastries, participate in meetings and training, and coordinate with colleagues to ensure efficient service in a five-star resort environment.

Prepare consistent, high-quality dishes using standard recipes and authentic ingredients; maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment; assist Chef de Partie with ordering and training; follow health and safety rules; collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food presentation and service standards.
