Job DescriptionThe Dive Master at Villa Haven will be responsible for leading and supervising diving activities, assisting with diving courses, ensuring the safety of all participants, and promoting marine conservation. This role requires strong diving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the marine environment.
Qualifications- PADI Dive Master certification (or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a Dive Master, preferably in a luxury resort or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of diving safety standards and emergency procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to guide and assist divers of all skill levels with patience and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using and maintaining diving equipment.
- Passion for marine life and commitment to environmental conservation.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a remote island setting and adapt to a tropical climate
