Manages computer system production, scheduling, backups, storage, software updates, disaster recovery, and operational support. Supervises computer operators, coordinates testing and troubleshooting with programmers and technical personnel, maintains procedures and production records, supports remote deposit capture and postage systems, oversees statement and form printing, and assists with audits, hardware repairs, systems administration, and network operations.

Provides professional telephone support to bank customers, resolves account inquiries, processes balances and transfers, supports digital banking, and handles cards, payments, deposits, returned mail, check ordering, fraud review, mobile deposits, and debit card inventory. Transfers calls as needed and performs daily Deposit Operations processing while using bank software and technology.

Provides internal support to branch and customer support staff for deposit operations. Resolves complex account, fraud, error, and Reg E disputes; performs check adjustments, quality control, ATM balancing, debit card maintenance, account reconciliations, and performance reporting. Trains staff on deposit procedures, maintains documentation, and supports other departmental teams as needed.
