Answer inbound bank customer calls, research and resolve inquiries, provide basic account services (balances, transfers), support digital banking and deposit operations, perform fraud review and mobile deposit checks, handle returned mail and card printing, and use bank software (Synergy and others).

Provide internal support to branch staff and customer support center for all deposit operations. Responsibilities include help-desk support, resolving fraud and error investigations, processing Reg E disputes, check adjustments, quality control and tracking, ATM and account balancing, general ledger reconciliations, reporting on quality metrics, training staff, and maintaining procedures and documentation.
