Manages commercial loan processing operations, including supervising, coaching, and evaluating processors; preparing loan documentation and management reports; tracking collateral, liens, and insurance; maintaining loan files; supporting loan officers; handling rejection notices; and developing team replacements.

Manages computer system production, scheduling, backups, storage, software updates, disaster recovery, and operational support. Supervises computer operators, coordinates testing and troubleshooting with programmers and technical personnel, maintains procedures and production records, supports remote deposit capture and postage systems, oversees statement and form printing, and assists with audits, hardware repairs, systems administration, and network operations.

Provides internal support to branch and customer support staff for deposit operations. Resolves complex account, fraud, error, and Reg E disputes; performs check adjustments, quality control, ATM balancing, debit card maintenance, account reconciliations, and performance reporting. Trains staff on deposit procedures, maintains documentation, and supports other departmental teams as needed.
