Requirements
- Establish and maintain network users, user environment, directories, and security
- Respond to the needs and questions of network users concerning their access to resources on the network and the operation of various software programs
- Remain abreast of changes in user and system software and hardware requirements
- Monitor and administer the network, keeping system information up-to-date in a network log
- Administer synergy program and provide training to users
- Update the operating system as required
- Load and update software applications as required
- Manage memory usage of the network, network printing, and network technical resources
