Provides crisis counseling, mental health assessments, case management, treatment planning, reassessments, hospital and outpatient transfers, commitment paperwork, family education, and clinical documentation for individuals receiving psychiatric emergency services.

Provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the CEO and Executive Office, managing schedules, board and governance logistics, confidential communications, executive projects, stakeholder engagement, records, and compliance in a public-sector behavioral health environment.

Supervises business office staff and front-office functions in a behavioral healthcare setting. Tracks authorizations, billing, claims, denials, private-pay balances, audits, service data, and financial eligibility. Schedules consumer appointments, prepares reports, coordinates credentialing and provider compliance, trains staff, maintains documentation, and ensures confidentiality, accuracy, and policy compliance.

Supervises crisis line counselors, including hiring support, evaluations, coaching, quality reviews, and disciplinary actions. Serves as Supervisor on Duty by monitoring call volume, supporting staff, conducting debriefs, and backing up crisis calls. Analyzes program data and reports, communicates updates, provides consultations and presentations, and supports 24/7 operational coverage and disaster response.

Manages insurance claims, loss control, safety activities, and risk mitigation. Investigates incidents, analyzes claims and loss trends, coordinates with insurers and third-party administrators, supports safety assessments, oversees corrective actions, administers insurance data, and ensures compliance with reporting requirements.

Provides clinical mental health services, including intake and diagnostic assessments, risk assessment, safety planning, individual therapy, crisis intervention, care coordination, skills training, and treatment authorization. Supports consumers with severe and persistent mental illness while promoting housing stability and community integration. The clinician monitors treatment progress, advocates for consumers, documents services, follows regulatory requirements, and works under licensed clinical supervision.

Provides behavioral health services including intake and diagnostic assessments, risk assessments, safety planning, individual therapy, crisis intervention, cognitive behavioral therapy, skills training, care coordination, and treatment authorization. Supports adults with severe and persistent mental illness while coordinating access to housing, mental health, and community services. Maintains clinical documentation, regulatory compliance, ethical standards, and consumer advocacy under the supervision of a licensed practitioner.

Provides face-to-face peer support, needs assessment, education, advocacy, and referrals to community and agency resources. Collaborates with interdisciplinary staff, supports self-advocacy and group participation, maintains program data, and assists peers and families with behavioral health and social service needs. Requires lived experience using mental health services, cultural sensitivity, communication skills, confidentiality, and completion of peer specialist certification requirements.

Supervise daily administrative operations for Forensic Services at the HCSO jail, manage staff and vendor liaison, handle IT/troubleshooting support, coordinate logistics (equipment, keys, parking, supplies), maintain records and P-Card purchases, schedule meetings and onboarding, ensure compliance with procedures, and conduct safety and disaster preparedness duties.

The Chief Financial Officer leads finance, accounting, budgeting, revenue management, purchasing, investment oversight, and related administrative functions for a large behavioral health and IDD care organization. The CFO advises the CEO, develops and manages the annual budget, oversees procurement and regulatory compliance, negotiates contracts and managed care relationships, presents financial reports to the Board, and leads organizational change and departmental performance.

Provides intensive, community-based behavioral health case management through High-Fidelity Wraparound services. Conducts clinical assessments, develops and monitors family treatment plans, delivers skills training and psychosocial rehabilitation, responds to crises, coordinates care with families, DFPS, juvenile courts, hospitals, and community providers, and ensures eligibility, authorization, documentation, and regulatory compliance. The role involves extensive travel to client homes and field locations and collaboration with clinical teams.

Provides registered nursing care to individuals with mental health and intellectual or developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, documenting, and evaluating care; administering medications; performing diagnostic tests and treatments; educating consumers and families; maintaining safety; supervising nursing and unlicensed staff; and collaborating with the healthcare team. The role requires flexible scheduling and the ability to manage challenging behavioral situations.

Provides registered nursing care to individuals with mental health and intellectual or developmental disabilities. Lead and develop the People Partner function overseeing HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding. Provide strategic HR partnership, manage employee relations, workforce planning, recruitment oversight, onboarding, engagement, retention, compliance, and process improvement to align HR services with organizational goals.

Provide direct nursing care to individuals with mental health and developmental disabilities using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, document, and evaluate care. Administer medications, perform diagnostic tests and therapeutic treatments, supervise staff, educate consumers and families, ensure safety and infection control, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while complying with Texas Nurse Practice Act and agency policies.

Provide peer-led medication training, psychosocial rehabilitation, and peer support groups for consumers with severe mental illness. Coordinate with clinical staff, monitor treatment progress, assist with crisis interventions, develop peer programs and training materials, ensure services meet regulatory and authorization requirements, and document work per agency policies.

Provide clinical leadership and supervision for nursing staff in the Mental Health/Forensic and IDD programs. Oversee patient care delivery, documentation, staffing deployment, staff evaluation, mentoring, policy implementation, and quality improvement while ensuring compliance with the Texas Nurse Practice Act and program operational guidelines.

Manage, review, and process incoming referrals to determine program eligibility; verify documentation, enter referral data, maintain accurate records per state ECI and HIPAA standards; communicate outcomes to referral sources, clients, and internal teams; ensure compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements while providing excellent customer service.

Provides suicide-risk clinical services including assessments, safety planning, CBT, crisis intervention, skills training, treatment planning, and service authorization. Monitors consumer progress, coordinates care with treatment teams, ensures services meet medical necessity and regulatory guidelines, and maintains clear documentation while meeting productivity standards.
