Provides administrative and secretarial support for a behavioral health program. Coordinates facility maintenance, emergency preparedness, purchasing, deliveries, inventory, vendor relationships, staff access, onboarding, training, schedules, and 24/7 paraprofessional coverage. Maintains databases and spreadsheets tracking admissions, discharges, census, incidents, leave, repairs, and work orders. Provides peer-based outreach and recovery support to individuals affected by mental health and substance use conditions. Builds relationships using trauma-informed care, coaches consumers, promotes treatment and support-group participation, connects people with medical and behavioral health services, and provides harm-reduction resources. Conducts community outreach in shelters, encampments, and treatment facilities while documenting services, maintaining professional boundaries, and collaborating with the Substance Use Disorder Outreach Program.

The Chief Operating Officer serves as the CEO’s second-in-command and leads operations for a large behavioral health and IDD care organization. Responsibilities include strategic planning, program and direct-service operations, regulatory and contractual compliance, utilization review, policy development, financial and budget oversight, quality improvement, stakeholder representation, and leadership of human resources activities for direct reports. The COO also supports the Board and CEO, oversees patient-care operations, and drives organizational growth and accountability.

Provide front-desk and business office support: check clients in/out, verify and enter demographic and financial data, obtain and track authorizations, manage clinician schedules and templates, monitor appointments/no-shows, communicate status to staff, generate reports, and ensure compliance with agency procedures while delivering excellent customer service.

Senior technical HRIS and compensation analyst responsible for maintaining HR system data, audits, reporting, workforce analytics, job analysis, market pricing, pay administration, integrations, testing, documentation, and stakeholder partnership to ensure accurate, secure, and compliant compensation programs.

Provide clinical leadership and supervision for nursing staff in the Mental Health/Forensic and IDD programs. Oversee patient care delivery, documentation, staffing deployment, staff evaluation, mentoring, policy implementation, and quality improvement while ensuring compliance with the Texas Nurse Practice Act and program operational guidelines.

Provides suicide-risk clinical services including assessments, safety planning, CBT, crisis intervention, skills training, treatment planning, and service authorization. Monitors consumer progress, coordinates care with treatment teams, ensures services meet medical necessity and regulatory guidelines, and maintains clear documentation while meeting productivity standards.

Provide clinical assessments, safety planning and evidence-based interventions (including CBT) for adults at increased suicide risk; develop treatment plans, authorize services, deliver crisis intervention and skills training, coordinate care, document progress, meet productivity standards, and participate in training and multidisciplinary teams under LPHA supervision.

Provide enterprise-level strategic leadership and operational oversight for pharmacy operations, including formulary management, medication access and safety, vendor and supply chain management, technology and data reporting, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and workforce development to ensure safe, equitable, and financially sustainable pharmacy services across the organization.

Manage and process release of protected health information per federal/state guidelines. Deliver records to courts, enter and upload ROI documentation in EPIC, provide ROI training, respond to ROI requests and calls within specified timeframes, and perform related records retrieval, copying, tracking, data entry, and filing.
