Manage and optimize The Harris Center's digital presence across websites, social media, intranet (SharePoint), and digital signage. Create, edit, publish, and analyze content using SEO and analytics to improve engagement and accessibility. Support internal communications, ensure brand and compliance standards, and collaborate cross-functionally on digital projects.

Provide enterprise-level strategic leadership and operational oversight for pharmacy operations, including formulary management, medication access and safety, vendor and supply chain management, technology and data reporting, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and workforce development to ensure safe, equitable, and financially sustainable pharmacy services across the organization.

Provide front-desk and business office support: check clients in/out, verify and enter demographic and financial data, obtain and track authorizations, manage clinician schedules and templates, monitor appointments/no-shows, communicate status to staff, generate reports, and ensure compliance with agency procedures while delivering excellent customer service.
