Lead and supervise nursing staff to provide psychiatric and developmental-disability nursing care. Perform assessments, implement nursing plans, deliver technical RN skills, document clinical information, educate consumers/families, coordinate care, and promote staff development, quality, and compliance with Texas Nurse Practice Act and agency policies across assigned shifts.

Supervise daily administrative operations for Forensic Services at the HCSO jail, manage staff and vendor liaison, handle IT/troubleshooting support, coordinate logistics (equipment, keys, parking, supplies), maintain records and P-Card purchases, schedule meetings and onboarding, ensure compliance with procedures, and conduct safety and disaster preparedness duties.

Provides community-based crisis assessments and interventions with the Mobile Crisis Outreach Team. Performs mental health assessments, crisis counseling, treatment planning, case management, follow-up, family education, documentation, and liaison work with inpatient/outpatient teams, law enforcement, and community providers to stabilize consumers and coordinate needed services.
