Supervises crisis line counselors, including hiring support, evaluations, coaching, quality reviews, and disciplinary actions. Serves as Supervisor on Duty by monitoring call volume, supporting staff, conducting debriefs, and backing up crisis calls. Analyzes program data and reports, communicates updates, provides consultations and presentations, and supports 24/7 operational coverage and disaster response.

Manages insurance claims, loss control, safety activities, and risk mitigation. Investigates incidents, analyzes claims and loss trends, coordinates with insurers and third-party administrators, supports safety assessments, oversees corrective actions, administers insurance data, and ensures compliance with reporting requirements.

Provides clinical mental health services, including intake and diagnostic assessments, risk assessment, safety planning, individual therapy, crisis intervention, care coordination, skills training, and treatment authorization. Supports consumers with severe and persistent mental illness while promoting housing stability and community integration. The clinician monitors treatment progress, advocates for consumers, documents services, follows regulatory requirements, and works under licensed clinical supervision.
