Lead technical commercial growth for bioplastics across international markets: identify opportunities and partners, manage key accounts, drive negotiations and pricing, align R&D with customer needs, prepare forecasts and market intelligence, and represent the company at industry events to achieve revenue and market-share targets.

Coordinate daily IT support operations, manage ticket queues and SLA compliance, troubleshoot endpoints and Microsoft 365 services, monitor basic infrastructure, coordinate escalations with teams/vendors, document tickets, and produce operational reports.

Assist technicians with basic maintenance and repairs: cleaning, lubrication, routine equipment checks, replacing simple parts, recording activities, and following safety and work instructions while keeping tools and work areas organized.

Lead HR operations including recruitment, compensation, employee development, labor relations, policy compliance, workforce planning and payroll review. Create personnel development and evaluation methods and prepare annual workforce and budget plans. Perform related duties as assigned.

Serve as a strategic HR partner for overseas business units, driving HR initiatives, advising leaders on employee relations and performance, managing talent and succession planning, ensuring labor law compliance, supporting expatriate and international employee matters, and analyzing workforce data to recommend solutions.

Support van-based sales operations by assisting with product deliveries, stocking the van, serving customers on routes, and performing basic sales and administrative tasks.

Develop and reformulate instant noodles and sauces from concept to commercial launch. Run bench- and pilot-scale trials, perform sensory and shelf-life studies, prepare formulas and regulatory documents per Thai FDA/export rules, support scale-up with Production/QA, evaluate ingredients and suppliers, maintain GMP/HACCP lab records, and coordinate with Marketing and Sales on product briefs.

Manage production planning and execution to meet demand while improving efficiency, OEE, and cost per unit. Ensure food safety and quality (GMP/HACCP), reduce waste, lead and develop production teams, implement Lean/Kaizen continuous improvement, and coordinate with Maintenance, QA, Supply Chain, and R&D. Promote safety and manage production budgets and manpower.

Manage sales performance for assigned stores, handle product distribution, create store development plans, and plan activities to achieve sales targets.

Lead daily repacking operations: translate supply plans into schedules, supervise operators and shifts, reduce yield loss, coordinate preventive machine maintenance, ensure GMP labeling and cleanroom standards, and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

Manage end-to-end direct material procurement and import operations: source local and overseas suppliers, negotiate terms, issue and track POs in SAP MM, coordinate shipments, customs clearance, trade finance documentation, and ensure supply continuity and compliance with company procedures.

Manage daily cash flow, liquidity, FX and overseas transactions (L/C, bills), credit facilities, intercompany loans, and shareholder dividend transfers. Prepare treasury reports, liaise with banks, monitor currency risk, and support treasury projects and documentation.

Lead end-to-end new product development from concept through formulation, scale-up, and launch. Manage R&D project portfolio, Stage-Gate project plans, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination (Marketing, Factory, Regulatory, Supply Chain, QA, Suppliers). Ensure domestic and export regulatory compliance (Thai FDA, EU, US FDA, Codex), deliver cost savings through formulation improvements, maintain NPD workflows, SOPs, and process KPIs, and hand over production-ready specs to factory.

Supervise daily food production to meet targets for quality, food safety, productivity and delivery. Lead and develop operators, enforce SOPs and safety, manage resources, investigate issues, implement Kaizen/5S/Lean improvements, and coordinate reporting with cross-functional teams.
