Key Responsibilities- Act as a strategic HR partner to overseas business units, proactively identifying workforce challenges and opportunities.
- Initiate, design, and drive HR initiatives aligned with business priorities and operational needs.
- Partner with business leaders to translate business strategy into effective people actions and HR solutions.
- Provide strategic HR advice and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance, and people management.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and improvement actions.
- Support talent management activities including succession planning, career development, and talent reviews.
- Identify capability gaps and collaborate with Learning & Development to implement targeted development programs.
- Manage complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair, consistent, and objective outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company HR policies in overseas contexts.
- Support HR operational matters including employment contracts, promotions, transfers, and employee movement.
- Coordinate and support expatriate assignments and international employee matters when required.
- Analyze HR data and workforce trends to proactively recommend improvements and solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to HR Business Partnering roles.
- Proven experience managing and driving multiple HR initiatives across core HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent management, compensation practices, and labor laws.
- Demonstrated proactive mindset with the ability to initiate, drive, and execute HR solutions independently.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Experience supporting overseas operations, manufacturing, or food industry environments.
