Manages regulator and stakeholder relationships, coordinates board and shareholder meetings, develops governance frameworks, and leads the Corporate Affairs and Legal team.

Lead technical commercial growth for bioplastics across international markets: identify opportunities and partners, manage key accounts, drive negotiations and pricing, align R&D with customer needs, prepare forecasts and market intelligence, and represent the company at industry events to achieve revenue and market-share targets.

Coordinate daily IT support operations, manage ticket queues and SLA compliance, troubleshoot endpoints and Microsoft 365 services, monitor basic infrastructure, coordinate escalations with teams/vendors, document tickets, and produce operational reports.
