Paid 16-week, in-person fellowship training candidates for technology sales and potential full-time Sales Development Representative roles. Responsibilities include cold calling, prospecting, researching leads, identifying decision-makers, scheduling and rescheduling demos, updating CRM and sales tools, and supporting pipeline development. Successful candidates demonstrate strong communication, writing, persistence, independence, teamwork, and comfort in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and research, lead discovery conversations, book and reschedule product demos, identify decision makers, update CRM and sales tools, coordinate pipeline with sales reps, and surface process or product improvement opportunities to drive sales growth.

Responsible for managing on-premises and cloud server administration, automation, security, and infrastructure scaling, while collaborating with teams and resolving issues.

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you'll manage on-premises and cloud servers, automate tasks, ensure security, support scalable systems, and mentor team members.

As an SDR, you'll generate leads through cold calling, identify new leads, set appointments for the sales team, and update sales tools.

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll generate leads, conduct cold calls, set appointments for demos, and assist in sales processes.
