Provides client support for Tenstreet’s proprietary software and external systems by handling phone and email requests, troubleshooting issues, vetting new clients, researching and auditing records, processing DOT and compliance-related tasks, maintaining accurate data, and monitoring workloads. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, software proficiency, independent work, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

Supports client digital marketing campaigns through ad placement, campaign monitoring and optimization, data and metric analysis, market research, client vetting, and online research. Responds to client requests, resolves questions primarily by email, collaborates with teammates to support customer satisfaction, and handles special projects. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, adaptability, computer fluency, and problem-solving skills.

Prospect and research new leads, identify decision-makers, maintain current information in Sugar CRM and SalesLoft, and coordinate with Sales and Sales Operations to build the pipeline. The intern will learn SaaS sales techniques, prospecting methods, and sales-process fundamentals while working onsite in Tulsa, Oklahoma for part of the summer 2026 internship.
