Lead and coach a team of CVP managers to define product vision, strategy and roadmaps. Drive agile execution using Jira/Confluence/Miro, lead user research and data analysis, define KPIs, build business cases and pricing strategies, run experiments (A/B testing, prototyping), align cross-functional stakeholders, and own the full product lifecycle to maximize customer value and business impact.

Design, build, automate and operate AWS cloud infrastructure for Generative AI: model hosting/inference, retrieval/RAG pipelines, CI/CD and LLMOps, security, monitoring, cost optimization, and reusable platform services for product squads.

Proactively build pipeline and acquire new enterprise customers for Telenet's cybersecurity portfolio. Own the full sales cycle: identify, qualify, engage stakeholders, shape propositions, close deals, collaborate with vendors, expand security ecosystem network, and report on pipeline.

Regional Account Manager responsible for acquiring and managing SME customers (10-200 employees) in Flemish Brabant. Identify sales opportunities, advise customers on telecom and digital solutions, maintain and grow a portfolio, report activities, and support customers through digitalization with on-site visits.

Lead end-to-end product domain ownership for Mobile, Fixed Voice, VoiceCloud and TIP for SME customers. Manage roadmap, product P&L, vendor strategy, backlog and cross-tribe dependencies.
