It requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, technical credibility, and current IT security knowledge.

Generate, develop, and close new B2B business for TXP’s project services. Build target-account pipelines, develop partner channels, manage full sales cycles, negotiate complex technology-service deals, and create repeatable routes to market. The role sells deployment, field engineering, logistics, maintenance, and managed services to IT channels, MSPs, VARs, OEMs, system integrators, and enterprise clients. Responsibilities also include proposal development, senior stakeholder engagement, CRM management, forecasting, and pipeline reporting.

Lead TXP’s software engineering function, defining engineering strategy, standards, governance, and delivery excellence. Build high-performing teams, develop engineering leaders, champion cloud-native development, DevOps, automation, secure software delivery, and AI-assisted engineering. Partner with architecture, delivery, testing, data, AI, and commercial teams across complex client engagements. Support strategic bids, proposals, client relationships, innovation, and the continued growth of the application modernisation practice.

Oversee end-to-end finance operations, including contractor payments, client invoicing, supplier payments, accounts payable, transaction quality assurance, reconciliations, reporting, month-end support, governance, controls, and risk management. Lead process optimization, automation, finance transformation, systems implementation, and continuous improvement across multiple entities, countries, jurisdictions, and currencies.

Provides technical consultancy and leadership for Broadcom Gen application modernisation, upgrades, re-platforming, re-architecture and transformation projects. Advises clients, evaluates legacy applications, designs prototypes, manages delivery activities, supports proposals and business development, and develops modernisation capabilities. Requires deep Gen expertise across installation, configuration, upgrades, application development, transaction and batch processing, database access, performance tuning and user interface implementation. Mainframe, COBOL, Java, cloud and CI/CD experience is desirable.

Business Development Director responsible for acquiring new Financial Services customers, growing revenue and gross profit, and expanding the company’s market presence. The role develops strategic sales plans, generates leads, builds C-level relationships, creates proposals, forecasts sales, and collaborates with marketing, product, and delivery teams. Candidates should have enterprise technology sales experience, a proven record of exceeding targets, and familiarity with digital transformation, cloud, data, AI, security, or legacy modernization solutions.

Lead strategic business analysis and change adoption across complex transformation programmes. Partner with executives to define priorities and future-state solutions, deliver benefits realisation, coach Business Analysts, support pre-sales and business development, and improve BA methodologies, tooling, and AI-enabled approaches. The role also involves building client relationships and contributing to the growth of the Business Analysis practice.

Own solution design throughout the pre-sales lifecycle, from discovery and qualification through delivery handover. Lead client workshops, translate business challenges into commercially viable technology solutions, develop proposals and RFP responses, manage risks, and coordinate Sales and Delivery teams. The role requires consulting experience across Financial Services, Insurance, or Public Sector, with knowledge of cloud, Microsoft technologies, software engineering, integration, SaaS, data, and AI. It also contributes to proposition development and reusable pre-sales assets.

Leads group-wide finance operations, including month-end close, general ledger integrity, record-to-report processes, reconciliations, financial controls, VAT reporting, statutory compliance, and management reporting. Manages finance teams, supports acquisition integration, improves processes and systems, and advises senior stakeholders on financial and operational performance. Requires a professional accountancy qualification or equivalent senior operational finance experience, advanced Excel, ERP expertise, and experience with Sage Intacct, InTime, and Microsoft data and automation tools.

Supports high-volume transactional finance operations across multiple countries, including contractor payments, invoicing, accounts payable, collections, cash allocation, bank reconciliations, reporting, and record maintenance. Investigates discrepancies, maintains financial controls, supports audits and month-end activities, and contributes to finance systems, automation, AI-enabled workflow, and process improvement initiatives.

Designs and leads Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solution architectures for client engagements. Translates business needs into scalable solutions, advises stakeholders on Azure and Microsoft technologies, guides delivery teams, leads technical discovery and proofs of concept, produces architecture documentation and roadmaps, and supports pre-sales, workshops, governance, cybersecurity, and compliance activities.

Drives revenue growth for a mainframe modernisation portfolio by executing go-to-market strategy, managing enterprise and public-sector pipelines, developing executive and partner relationships, and originating and closing £1m–£10m+ transformation and managed-services deals. The role owns forecasting, commercial discipline, deal structuring, and compliance while collaborating with delivery, architecture, product, and partner teams to shape compelling propositions.

Deliver application modernisation and legacy conversion projects for public and private sector clients. Analyse Gen-based applications, execute migrations using automated tooling, and support conversion to COBOL, Java, .NET, Angular, and cloud platforms. Define database, transaction, batch, and UI migration approaches; validate converted applications; collaborate on architecture and roadmaps; support proposals and technical solution design; and improve migration tooling and delivery methodologies.

Designs, builds, and supports production-grade data platforms and pipelines using Microsoft Fabric, PySpark, Azure, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Delta Lake, and Parquet technologies. Develops data models, performant SQL, quality and governance controls, and CI/CD deployments. Troubleshoots production issues and collaborates directly with client stakeholders across public-sector and regulated-industry transformation programs.

Manage and grow major technology and financial services accounts by strengthening executive relationships, developing strategic account plans, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and protecting revenue and gross profit. Monitor contract performance, delivery risks, and opportunities while coordinating sales, marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and optimized service delivery.
