Teams at Technology X People (TXP)

Leads TXP’s internal IT function, managing a small technical team and overseeing service reliability, security, governance, costs, vendors, and performance. The role owns the Azure and Microsoft 365 estate, ITIL service processes, budgets, audits, ISO compliance, Cyber Essentials certification, and technology adoption. It requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, technical credibility, and current IT security knowledge.

Generate, develop, and close new B2B business for TXP’s project services. Build target-account pipelines, develop partner channels, manage full sales cycles, negotiate complex technology-service deals, and create repeatable routes to market. The role sells deployment, field engineering, logistics, maintenance, and managed services to IT channels, MSPs, VARs, OEMs, system integrators, and enterprise clients. Responsibilities also include proposal development, senior stakeholder engagement, CRM management, forecasting, and pipeline reporting.

Lead TXP’s software engineering function, defining engineering strategy, standards, governance, and delivery excellence. Build high-performing teams, develop engineering leaders, champion cloud-native development, DevOps, automation, secure software delivery, and AI-assisted engineering. Partner with architecture, delivery, testing, data, AI, and commercial teams across complex client engagements. Support strategic bids, proposals, client relationships, innovation, and the continued growth of the application modernisation practice.
