Teams at Technology X People (TXP)

Drives strategic growth for TXP Project Services by securing major customers, building technology and channel partnerships, developing new service propositions, and expanding into markets and verticals. Leads complex opportunity discovery, solution shaping, negotiations, forecasting, and contract awards while engaging executive stakeholders. Collaborates with delivery, PMO, logistics, and finance teams to ensure commercially viable solutions across project services, field engineering, deployment, logistics, and managed services.

Lead TXP’s strategic alliance strategy across Microsoft, AWS, Anthropic, and emerging AI partners. Build executive relationships, create routes to market, grow partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, secure partner investment, develop joint business plans, and shape co-sell, marketplace, and partner-led propositions. Raise TXP’s profile through industry events and thought leadership while supporting expansion across cloud, data, and AI.

Leads TXP’s internal IT function, managing a small technical team and overseeing service reliability, security, governance, costs, vendors, and performance. The role owns the Azure and Microsoft 365 estate, ITIL service processes, budgets, audits, ISO compliance, Cyber Essentials certification, and technology adoption. It requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, technical credibility, and current IT security knowledge.
