Lead design, develop, implement, customize, and support SAP Business One solutions. Build integrations, develop reports and SQL/HANA queries, provide Level 2/3 support, participate in implementations/upgrades, perform data migration and reporting, optimize ERP performance, produce documentation, and mentor junior developers.

Lead and scale TFG's national T1 distribution sales across enterprise technology, cybersecurity, AV and consumer IT. Own P&L, revenue targets, cashflow and country expansion while building and mentoring a pan-India multi-regional sales team. Manage OEM, SI/reseller partnerships, drive channel development, market penetration, forecasting accuracy and collaborate with global marketing, finance and operations.

Lead and manage international tax and global compliance across multiple jurisdictions: filings, TDS/TCS/WHT reconciliations, audit coordination, statutory documentation, internal controls, vendor/channel compliance, and compliance reporting and calendars.

Manage finance and accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance (IFRS, ESR, AML, VAT), audits, tax, and strong internal controls. Optimize ERP-driven processes (SAP Business One), provide monthly/quarterly insights for IT projects and regions, lead F&A team, and drive audit readiness and process improvements.

Manage and grow channel partner network in Abu Dhabi by recruiting, developing, and supporting resellers. Drive sales, meet GP and sell-out targets, provide forecasts, support RFQs/tenders, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams. Maintain CRM records, manage receivables, and deliver channel development and go-to-market strategies to increase market share and profitability.
