Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, maintain employee records, coordinate HR operations across HR/finance/IT, conduct inductions and exit interviews, handle asset allocation and system access, ensure compliance and documentation for globally distributed teams.

Manage and grow the partner ecosystem to drive indirect sales of networking and IT infrastructure solutions. Recruit, onboard, enable, and support channel partners; execute go-to-market strategies; run partner business and pipeline reviews; coordinate with vendors and internal teams; drive partner training, certifications, and revenue through CRM-driven forecasting and pipeline management.
