Partners with business, billing, treasury, tax, IT, and operations stakeholders. Drives automation, finance transformation, process improvements, and stronger reconciliation controls across high-volume transaction systems.

Designs, develops, automates, and supports BI, Excel, and MIS reports for sales and management teams. Maintains contractual workforce and productivity data, develops dashboards and documentation, performs data analysis, improves reporting processes, and provides customer and technical support. Collaborates cross-functionally to resolve issues, ensure data accuracy, and deliver periodic and ad hoc reporting.
