Directs daily production activities for an assigned manufacturing shift, overseeing safety, output, staffing, quality, continuous improvement, and employee development. Provides broad HR support focused on employee relations, leave and workers’ compensation administration, organizational design, career development, onboarding, performance management, investigations, policy maintenance, recruiting support, and employee engagement. Advises managers on compliant employee actions, manages sensitive cases, and ensures consistent HR practices across the organization.

Supports end-to-end payroll processing, maintains employee and payroll records, assists with benefits administration, reconciles deductions, answers employee questions, supports compliance, prepares reports, and assists with audits, year-end activities, open enrollment, and process improvements.

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual internal and external financial reporting, including consolidated statements, investor reports, variance analysis, and financial statement preparation. Support accounting leadership with key deliverables, investigate and correct reporting inconsistencies, and ensure accurate recurring reports. Provides administrative and finance assistance, including filing, billing, data entry, and accounts payable and receivable tasks. Designs extrusion dies, cooling tooling, fixtures, and related documentation using solid models and manufacturing drawings. Performs interface analysis, design calculations, CFD flow analysis, materials and coatings selection, bill of materials management, and CAD revisions. Collaborates with engineers, production teams, machinists, toolroom staff, and vendors to deliver cost-effective tooling that meets performance and quality requirements.

Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, general ledger management, consolidations, internal controls, audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting. Lead and develop the accounting team while improving processes, automation, and ERP utilization. Partner with finance and operational teams on budgeting, forecasting, M&A, risk management, cash flow, and working capital. Present financial results and insights to executive leadership and the Board.

Designs, troubleshoots, programs, and improves electrical and control systems for plastic extrusion manufacturing. Supports PLCs, HMIs, drives, motors, sensors, heating systems, automation, commissioning, documentation, plant networks, preventive maintenance, and equipment safety compliance. Collaborates with operations, maintenance, process engineering, quality, vendors, and contractors to improve uptime, throughput, reliability, and process stability across extrusion lines and related equipment.

Supports the recruiting process by tracking requisitions, maintaining job postings and candidate records, coordinating interviews, preparing reports, communicating with candidates, and assisting with offers and onboarding handoffs. The role also identifies workflow improvements and requires strong organization, communication, discretion, attention to detail, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.

Coordinates daily logistics and supply chain activities across office and warehouse environments. Prepares, scans, and files shipping documents; directs drivers; tracks materials and inventory; manages delivery exceptions, damaged goods, and route changes; and supports customer service, vendors, carriers, warehouse teams, and operational tasks. Requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, Microsoft Office, scan gun, and ERP skills, plus a high school diploma and the ability to lift 50 pounds.

Lead the full lifecycle of cross-functional IT projects across cloud infrastructure, ERP, CRM, digital, AI, and analytics. Manage Agile and hybrid delivery, vendors, budgets, risks, governance, stakeholder communications, organizational change, end-user readiness, go-live activities, and benefits realization. Support PMO standards and selected non-IT initiatives while coordinating teams across business functions and external partners.

Operate and maintain robotic assembly systems and perform manual assembly using handheld power tools. Pack parts, manage assigned area, follow safety and quality standards, meet production schedules, and perform occasional heavy lifting. Train and update skills on assembly techniques and machinery.

Execute and maintain production schedules and material requirements for an assigned line, track WIP and inventory, support near-term forecasting, participate in production meetings, document schedule changes, use company scheduling systems (SyteLine), and escalate conflicts or capacity constraints.
