Tracks and analyzes manufacturing costs, production variances, job costing, run rates, routings, inventory, and BOM accuracy. The analyst prepares variance reports, supports inventory counts and reconciliations, contributes to plant expense forecasting and budgeting, and assists with monthly close activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations. The role partners with plant leadership to identify cost inaccuracies, recommend updates, and improve financial reporting and operational cost controls.

Conducts weathering, thermal, rheological, microscopy, spectroscopy, and mechanical testing of thermoplastic composites. Develops test methods, analyzes degradation and failures, correlates laboratory results with outdoor performance, maintains instruments, and provides technical recommendations to R&D, manufacturing, quality, and product development teams.

Manages daily logistics and supply chain operations, including shipment tracking, transportation, shipping documentation, carrier relationships, customs compliance, and issue resolution. Analyzes supply chain data to reduce costs and improve delivery performance. Works across office and warehouse environments while coordinating with vendors, customers, carriers, and internal teams.

Lead cross-functional new product development projects from concept through launch. Manage schedules, budgets, risks, resources, PMO governance, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Coordinate engineering, quality, supply chain, operations, marketing, regulatory, and manufacturing readiness activities. Support business intelligence and analysis related to new product introductions while translating technical information into actionable project requirements.

Designs and conducts laboratory and structural testing of thermoplastic composite materials and products. Evaluates strength, stiffness, fatigue, creep, durability, shear, deformation, and long-term performance. Develops testing methods, applies ASTM and ISO standards, performs strain and failure analysis, investigates root causes, and correlates material properties with product performance. Provides technical recommendations and support to R&D, manufacturing, quality, and product development teams.

Leads manufacturing process development and optimization for new and existing products across fabrication, assembly, and extrusion. Responsibilities include transitioning designs to mass production, designing equipment and workflows, improving quality and efficiency, reducing waste, implementing automation, managing APQP and PPAP activities, conducting Six Sigma and Kaizen projects, and maintaining SPC and quality systems.

Supports end-to-end payroll processing, maintains employee and payroll records, assists with benefits administration, reconciles deductions, answers employee questions, supports compliance, prepares reports, and assists with audits, year-end activities, open enrollment, and process improvements.

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual internal and external financial reporting, including consolidated statements, investor reports, variance analysis, and financial statement preparation. Support accounting leadership with key deliverables, investigate and correct reporting inconsistencies, and ensure accurate recurring reports. Lead implementation and testing of a financial reporting consolidation and FP&A tool while prioritizing business reporting needs and delivering ad hoc analyses.

Designs extrusion dies, cooling tooling, fixtures, and related documentation using solid models and manufacturing drawings. Performs interface analysis, design calculations, CFD flow analysis, materials and coatings selection, bill of materials management, and CAD revisions. Collaborates with engineers, production teams, machinists, toolroom staff, and vendors to deliver cost-effective tooling that meets performance and quality requirements.

Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, general ledger management, consolidations, internal controls, audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting. Lead and develop the accounting team while improving processes, automation, and ERP utilization. Partner with finance and operational teams on budgeting, forecasting, M&A, risk management, cash flow, and working capital. Present financial results and insights to executive leadership and the Board.

Designs, troubleshoots, programs, and improves electrical and control systems for plastic extrusion manufacturing. Supports PLCs, HMIs, drives, motors, sensors, heating systems, automation, commissioning, documentation, plant networks, preventive maintenance, and equipment safety compliance. Collaborates with operations, maintenance, process engineering, quality, vendors, and contractors to improve uptime, throughput, reliability, and process stability across extrusion lines and related equipment.

Supports the recruiting process by tracking requisitions, maintaining job postings and candidate records, coordinating interviews, preparing reports, communicating with candidates, and assisting with offers and onboarding handoffs. The role also identifies workflow improvements and requires strong organization, communication, discretion, attention to detail, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.

Coordinates daily logistics and supply chain activities across office and warehouse environments. Prepares, scans, and files shipping documents; directs drivers; tracks materials and inventory; manages delivery exceptions, damaged goods, and route changes; and supports customer service, vendors, carriers, warehouse teams, and operational tasks. Requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, Microsoft Office, scan gun, and ERP skills, plus a high school diploma and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
