Supervise QC Technicians and daily quality control operations in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, training, performance management, process audits, defect trend analysis, Corrective Action Plans, Material Review Board participation, quality documentation, first article inspections, equipment calibration, and production quality reporting. The role partners with engineering and operations to resolve defects and drive continuous improvement while ensuring products meet quality standards.

Manage and grow existing retail accounts post-sale through relationship-building, upsells, cross-sells, and renewals. Oversee onboarding, handle packaging and marketing approvals, maintain promotional calendars and forecasts, support trade shows and customer visits, and assist the Hunter with daily tasks to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Execute and maintain production schedules and material requirements for an assigned line, track WIP and inventory, support near-term forecasting, participate in production meetings, document schedule changes, use company scheduling systems (SyteLine), and escalate conflicts or capacity constraints.
