Directs daily production activities for an assigned manufacturing shift, overseeing safety, output, staffing, quality, continuous improvement, and employee development. Manages direct reports, production schedules, quotas, performance accountability, and workplace standards. Coordinates with sales, planning, quality, purchasing, supply chain, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve issues and meet customer expectations. Requires strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational skills, and manufacturing supervisory experience.

Supervises night-shift manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, production schedules, quality, housekeeping, and performance targets are met. Leads employee selection, development, mentoring, evaluations, and performance management. Coordinates production coverage and works with sales, planning, quality, purchasing, supply chain, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve operational issues and customer complaints. Drives continuous improvement and compliance with company policies and safety requirements.

Provides broad HR support focused on employee relations, leave and workers’ compensation administration, organizational design, career development, onboarding, performance management, investigations, policy maintenance, recruiting support, and employee engagement. Advises managers on compliant employee actions, manages sensitive cases, and ensures consistent HR practices across the organization.
