Lead Sycurio’s growth strategy across new customer acquisition, existing-customer expansion, and ecosystem partnerships. Build repeatable revenue-generating motions, identify new markets and buying groups, develop partner-sourced pipeline, and align marketing, sales, customer success, and revenue operations. The role will establish data- and automation-driven growth processes, launch account expansion and partner programs, and lead distributed teams while collaborating with executive stakeholders.

Build and maintain full-stack payment platform features, third-party integrations, Java and Spring Boot services, APIs, frontend applications, and data models. Own production services or features, implement automated testing, participate in peer reviews, support cloud deployments, and uphold secure engineering standards in a PCI DSS Level 1 environment. Use AI coding tools responsibly, contribute to modernization, and collaborate with internal engineers and external engineering partners.

Own enterprise revenue through strategic BPO, GSI, MSP, consulting, and technology partners. Build joint account plans, generate and qualify pipeline, lead discovery and negotiations, close complex opportunities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain accurate forecasts and CRM records. The role serves customers across the US, UK, and EMEA and requires on-site work in Bengaluru with periodic travel and flexibility for international business hours.

Lead technical pre-sales for partner-led enterprise opportunities across contact-center, cloud, CRM, telephony, IVR, and payment ecosystems. Own discovery, solution design, technical validation, demos, workshops, RFIs and RFPs. Enable global partners, manage integration and security risks, communicate technical value, and provide product feedback. The role is based onsite in Bangalore and supports customers and partners across the US, UK, and EMEA.

Drive direct and indirect enterprise sales across the US, exceed revenue targets, acquire new customers, expand existing accounts, and sell new products. Manage complex sales cycles using MEDDIC, maintain a pipeline four times quarterly targets in HubSpot, forecast accurately, develop channel partnerships, create go-to-market plans, and collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, BDR, partner, and customer success teams. The role requires SaaS enterprise sales experience, payments and PCI DSS knowledge, and familiarity with the US call center market.

The BDR Partnerships will identify and engage potential tech partners, maintain relationships, generate leads, and support revenue initiatives across US and UK markets.

Drive top-of-funnel outbound prospecting into US and UK accounts via phone, email, and LinkedIn. Qualify leads, book meetings for AEs, maintain HubSpot records, collaborate with marketing, meet outreach KPIs, and provide feedback on messaging and market trends.

Lead accounting function including preparation of financial statements and FRS102-compliant reporting, monthly/quarterly/annual reports, board and investor packs. Manage cash flow and working capital with weekly and 2+12 forecasts, oversee audits and tax compliance, maintain internal controls, improve systems and automation, and lead a small accounting team. Support information security certification efforts (ISO27001, PCI, Cyber Essentials, HITRUST).
