Lead accounting function including preparation of financial statements and FRS102-compliant reporting, monthly/quarterly/annual reports, board and investor packs. Manage cash flow and working capital with weekly and 2+12 forecasts, oversee audits and tax compliance, maintain internal controls, improve systems and automation, and lead a small accounting team. Support information security certification efforts (ISO27001, PCI, Cyber Essentials, HITRUST).

Support finance by managing purchase and sales ledgers, processing supplier payments and customer invoices, performing reconciliations, supporting month-end close, credit control, revenue recognition, and general finance tasks including expense processing and audit assistance.

Deploy and test Sycurio solutions, perform 3rd-line support, build and validate customer deployments, update as-built documentation, troubleshoot integrations, prototype new features, and train support engineers.
