Own production services or features, implement automated testing, participate in peer reviews, support cloud deployments, and uphold secure engineering standards in a PCI DSS Level 1 environment. Use AI coding tools responsibly, contribute to modernization, and collaborate with internal engineers and external engineering partners.

Own enterprise revenue through strategic BPO, GSI, MSP, consulting, and technology partners. Build joint account plans, generate and qualify pipeline, lead discovery and negotiations, close complex opportunities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain accurate forecasts and CRM records. The role serves customers across the US, UK, and EMEA and requires on-site work in Bengaluru with periodic travel and flexibility for international business hours.

Lead technical pre-sales for partner-led enterprise opportunities across contact-center, cloud, CRM, telephony, IVR, and payment ecosystems. Own discovery, solution design, technical validation, demos, workshops, RFIs and RFPs. Enable global partners, manage integration and security risks, communicate technical value, and provide product feedback. The role is based onsite in Bangalore and supports customers and partners across the US, UK, and EMEA.
