The Vice President of Sales drives strategic growth for hyperscale accounts, managing complex sales cycles and building long-term customer relationships within the infrastructure sector.

Own and improve the corporate long-range financial model; produce integrated forecasts, scenario analyses, and executive reporting. Reconcile forecasts to actuals, investigate variances, partner with Accounting, Treasury, Investor Relations and operational leaders, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and board-level reporting and dashboards.

Lead general accounting functions including month-end/quarter/annual close, revenue (ASC 606) and lease (ASC 842) accounting, SOX compliance, technical accounting research, financial analysis, and supervision and development of general accounting staff. Support audits, implement controls and system improvements, and partner with finance and business teams to ensure accurate financial reporting under U.S. GAAP.

Lead deployment, programming, commissioning, and optimization of BMS HVAC and power control systems in data centers. Own projects from design through commissioning, maintain BMS databases and documentation, troubleshoot complex controls issues, coordinate across teams, support after-hours emergencies, and mentor junior engineers.
