Owns Switch’s capital cost discipline across the project lifecycle, including estimating standards, cost baselines, forecasts, contingency, actuals, commitments, change control, and benchmarking. Own and improve the corporate long-range financial model; produce integrated forecasts, scenario analyses, and executive reporting. Reconcile forecasts to actuals, investigate variances, partner with Accounting, Treasury, Investor Relations and operational leaders, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and board-level reporting and dashboards.

Leads multidisciplinary design projects for data center expansions, retrofits, upgrades, and infrastructure initiatives from concept through construction, commissioning, turnover, and closeout. Manage power and natural gas procurement, trading risk, utility relationships, generation development, renewable procurement, financial modeling, negotiations, and energy infrastructure projects. The role translates market, regulatory, technical, and financial information into executable supply plans and executive recommendations while coordinating internal teams, utilities, regulators, developers, and other counterparties.

Lead general accounting functions including month-end/quarter/annual close, revenue (ASC 606) and lease (ASC 842) accounting, SOX compliance, technical accounting research, financial analysis, and supervision and development of general accounting staff. Support audits, implement controls and system improvements, and partner with finance and business teams to ensure accurate financial reporting under U.S. GAAP.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale hyperscale data center construction programs. Own schedules, budgets, risks, change control, RFIs, submittals, commissioning coordination, cross-functional alignment, and project closeout while reporting progress to leadership and ensuring compliance with standards and codes.

Lead regional electrical engineering for data center retrofit, upgrade, and expansion programs. Set standards, allocate resources, review protection and design packages, support operations during critical events, mentor engineers, and drive complex electrical initiatives across multiple campuses.
