Coordinates logistics, deliveries, shipments, documentation, inventory, and vendor communications for owner-furnished equipment supporting data center construction projects. Maintains purchase orders, shipping records, invoices, contracts, and closeout documents; provides status updates, supports onsite deliveries, monitors inventory, reviews equipment scope, prepares KPI reports, and identifies process improvements.

Supervise daily network infrastructure operations, technicians, scheduling, escalations, maintenance, and support activities in data center environments. Lead performance management, coaching, onboarding, quality assurance, incident response, operational metrics, inventory readiness, and workflow improvements. Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues while ensuring technical spaces meet safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.

Owns reliability analysis for mission-critical electrical systems in data centers. Develops electrical BIA and FMEA packages, defines monitoring and maintenance strategies, validates one-line diagrams and redundancy assumptions, and recommends testing, spare-parts, redesign, and risk-reduction actions. Supports root-cause analyses, commissioning, vendor reviews, workshops, and design changes while communicating technical risks and tracking reliability improvements. Requires travel of 25% to 40% and occasional maintenance-window support.
