Lead Supportworks’ engineering and manufacturing organization, overseeing team development, product innovation, testing, technical support, manufacturing quality, cost improvement, customer relationships, commercial strategy, training, and technical presentations. The role requires a licensed professional engineer with structural or geotechnical expertise, product development experience, construction knowledge, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Processes accounts receivable and payable transactions, including customer payments, invoices, vendor invoices, payments, reconciliations, credit card transactions, and intercompany billing. Maintains accurate accounting records across CRM and accounting systems, supports revenue recognition and collections, and assists with cash disbursements. The role collaborates with operations, manages deadlines, and helps improve AR/AP processes across multiple operating companies.

Create and manage website and local SEO content, produce social media and short-form video content, support digital marketing (Google Business Profile, GLSA, email), organize marketing assets, and assist with trade shows and community events. Build content calendars, update landing pages, and collaborate with a remote marketing team. Omaha-based, in-office role with occasional regional travel.

Lead regional financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance; oversee month-end close, consolidated GAAP financial statements, budgeting/forecasting, process improvements, and manage the regional accounting team to support strategic decision-making.
