Manage pipelines, convert leads (targeting 20% conversion), process orders, provide design guidance, prepare post-event and monthly performance reports, and continually improve order workflows to meet monthly revenue targets.

Prospect and manage B2B trade accounts in U.S. territories, convert leads into orders, support showroom and trade show sales, deliver exceptional client service, track performance metrics, and improve order processing workflows.

Manage and optimize HubSpot across Marketing, Sales and Service Hubs. Administer CRM settings, integrations (SAP, Repzio, ERP, website), build workflows, lead routing, pipelines, dashboards, and ticket automation. Improve data quality and governance, document processes, train users, and coordinate platform enhancements with stakeholders and partners to support sales, marketing and claims operations.

Coordinate end-to-end import and shipping activities including scheduling carrier appointments, monitoring shipments and empty returns, preparing delivery orders, verifying shipping documents, ensuring regulatory compliance, resolving damages/shortages, coordinating with warehouse and sales, and maintaining operational records and reports.

Manage end-to-end product data lifecycle in the ERP, maintain product master data and pricing, support product launches and cross-functional validation, steward digital assets and compliance documentation, monitor data quality, and drive process improvements to ensure accurate, timely product information for merchandising, marketing, procurement, QA, and sales.

Drive B2B furniture sales by managing assigned US territories, converting trade leads, supporting showroom and trade-show activity, delivering excellent client service, and improving order processes to hit monthly revenue targets.

Translate conceptual furniture designs into manufacturable products by creating and maintaining detailed 2D/3D CAD models, technical drawings, and specifications. Partner with product development and overseas manufacturers to optimize designs for cost, assembly, materials, and quality; manage samples, resolve production issues, and conduct factory visits as needed.

Manage end-to-end swatch program: maintain database and inventory, coordinate suppliers and vendors, ensure timely replenishment and system setup, communicate updates to stakeholders, support photo requests and customer inquiries, and improve processes.

Manage and organize product imagery and digital assets in the company DAM, coordinate photography workflows and remote factory shoots, support CGI/3D and AI content production, prepare line drawings and specs, quality-control 3D models, tag and archive generated assets, and provide day-to-day operational support to the Creative and Product Marketing teams.

Create, manage, and publish original social media content across platforms; develop social strategy and content calendar; analyze metrics and report on performance; collaborate on video production and influencer programs; engage community and curate user content; attend trade shows and provide live social coverage, including occasional evenings/weekends.

Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short- and long-form video content for social media and web. Produce product videos, interviews, trade show coverage, and social assets; storyboard concepts; perform color correction, audio mixing, and VFX; coordinate shoots (including overseas videographers) and assist photo/video productions; collaborate on content calendar and strategy; monitor competitor social tactics; travel to trade shows and work weekends as required.

Develop and manage furniture products from concept through production by researching trends, creating design briefs and prototypes, sourcing materials, collaborating with internal teams and overseas factories, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance, supporting trade shows, and coordinating sample logistics.

Manage export compliance for furniture shipments to the U.S. and Canada by maintaining documentation, auditing factories, tracking product testing and specifications, updating policies, training staff, and reporting compliance status to management.
