Manage end-to-end swatch program: maintain database and inventory, coordinate suppliers and vendors, ensure timely replenishment and system setup, communicate updates to stakeholders, support photo requests and customer inquiries, and improve processes.

Perform shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks including unloading containers, inspecting and comparing products to paperwork, preparing and wrapping skids, loading/unloading trucks, selecting packing materials, maintaining logs, organizing storage, and keeping the warehouse and equipment clean and safe under supervisor direction.

Manage and organize product imagery and digital assets in the company DAM, coordinate photography workflows and remote factory shoots, support CGI/3D and AI content production, prepare line drawings and specs, quality-control 3D models, tag and archive generated assets, and provide day-to-day operational support to the Creative and Product Marketing teams.

Manage customer accounts and process orders accurately across the full order lifecycle. Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, track and resolve order delays, follow up on backorders, collect payments, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and account accuracy. Provide empathetic, solution-focused customer service and support the Customer Service Manager as needed.

Translate conceptual furniture designs into manufacturable products by producing detailed 2D/3D CAD models, technical drawings, and specifications. Collaborate with product development and overseas manufacturers to optimize designs for manufacturing, cost, and quality; manage sample status, update documentation, and perform factory visits to resolve production issues.

Create, manage, and publish original social media content across platforms; develop social strategy and content calendar; analyze metrics and report on performance; collaborate on video production and influencer programs; engage community and curate user content; attend trade shows and provide live social coverage, including occasional evenings/weekends.

Manage and optimize product listings across e-commerce marketplaces by uploading product data, ensuring accuracy of titles/descriptions/prices/inventory/images, performing quality checks, collaborating with Product and Marketing teams, and maintaining organized records to improve visibility and sales.

Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short- and long-form video content for social media and web. Produce product videos, interviews, trade show coverage, and social assets; storyboard concepts; perform color correction, audio mixing, and VFX; coordinate shoots (including overseas videographers) and assist photo/video productions; collaborate on content calendar and strategy; monitor competitor social tactics; travel to trade shows and work weekends as required.

Manage export compliance for furniture shipments to the U.S. and Canada by maintaining documentation, auditing factories, tracking product testing and specifications, updating policies, training staff, and reporting compliance status to management.
