Coordinates quality assurance activities for furniture products, including reviewing inspection reports, conducting incoming and first-production inspections, investigating claims, documenting findings, coordinating quarantines, and verifying corrective actions. The role also reviews structural testing and compliance reports, communicates with factories and internal teams, and recommends quality improvements.

Manage assigned B2B trade accounts, meet sales targets, convert leads, and expand territory revenue through outreach, upselling, and pipeline management. Provide responsive product guidance and order support to interior designers, retailers, and commercial buyers. Execute showroom sales, attend up to five annual trade shows, process orders, and prepare performance reports covering leads, conversions, campaigns, and sales funnel results. Improve workflows while maintaining strong product knowledge, ethics, and client service standards.
