The role balances building developer self-service capabilities with running secure, highly available production systems. Responsibilities include managing AWS and EKS environments, supporting microservices, maintaining 99.9% uptime, using Datadog or Grafana for monitoring, and participating in weekly on-call rotations.

Lead partner and platform marketing to drive merchant awareness, acquisition, onboarding, and activation across verticals. Own GTM strategies, co-marketing, onboarding playbooks, partner-facing assets, and analytics to optimize activation velocity. Collaborate cross-functionally with BD, product, operations, design, and legal to scale embedded finance integrations and merchant usage.
