Two-year rotational CPA leadership program for new graduates combining accounting and finance technical experience with a third-year rotation in strategic areas (finance transformation, data & analytics, automation, FP&A, investor relations, sustainability). Provides CPA-approved practical experience, financial support for CPA studies, mentorship, leadership development, and meaningful business impact across three one-year rotations.

Perform routine to moderately complex data analysis and compile, analyze, and interpret financial model results to support actuarial reserve and capital calculations, pricing, forecasting, and studies. Develop and maintain PC-based analytical programs and tools (MS Office, AXIS, Dataiku), and create change management test plans and documentation following internal guidance.
