Subaru’s summer internship program gives students real-world experience through meaningful projects, collaboration with professionals, and skill development related to their majors. Internships run May through August at Subaru headquarters in Camden, New Jersey, and other U.S. locations. Interns work 37.5 hours weekly and may support areas including accounting, engineering, IT, marketing, HR, finance, sales, supply chain, and project management.

One-year internship program for junior and senior students pursuing a master's degree or current master's students. Develops and executes marketing strategy, go-to-market plans, campaigns, positioning, content, partnerships, events, and customer education for connected vehicle products. Conducts market and competitive analysis, manages agency and marketing budgets, tracks campaign performance, and reports results. Collaborates with product, sales, engineering, Subaru marketing, agencies, and technology partners to drive product awareness, adoption, and engagement. Supports vehicle evaluations, product presentations, and industry conferences.

Manages the safe, efficient operation of a regional parts distribution center, overseeing shipping, receiving, inventory control, warehouse operations, vendors, budgets, regulatory compliance, staffing, and continuous improvement. Leads warehouse and inventory teams, ensures performance against business and customer commitments, implements lean processes, manages employee relations and recruitment, and partners with internal stakeholders, retailers, vendors, HR, and Legal.

Oversees forecasting, ordering, nationwide logistics, storage, turnover, sales, audits, compliance, employee lease and purchase programs, and regional fleet activities. Provides team leadership, workforce planning, policy oversight, regulatory coordination, system enhancement support, pricing approvals, and stakeholder management.

Develops and updates technical training materials across classroom, web, virtual, and video formats. Provides audio/video support, fabricates training aids and simulators, tests web-based products, delivers technical training, and supports train-the-trainer sessions and technician competitions. The role also procures and ships course materials, coordinates with service engineering, and requires Subaru technician expertise, fabrication skills, and strong communication.

Lead design, development, integration, and support of Microsoft-stack enterprise applications. Spend ~80% on programming and 20% on business analysis, mentor junior engineers, participate in architecture and CI/CD, support production (24/7), and build solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, .NET/C#, Azure, Dataverse, and REST APIs.

Manage daily vehicle drafting including creating/importing ACH files via Oracle and bank portals, reconciling drafting exceptions, maintaining retailer banking/floorplan data, preparing Letter of Credit billing, administering P-Card program, supporting audits, performing month-end receivable reconciliations, and acting as backup Lead VDA.
