Manages medium- to high-risk contracts, governance filings, trademark matters and pre-litigation IP disputes, delivers business-focused legal advice, develops training, mentors junior counsel, and supports cost reduction and cross-functional legal needs.

Manage retailer parts return claims and inquiries for an RDC, coordinate warehouse and administrative processes, support payroll/invoicing, freight claims, vendor coordination, safety compliance, and general office/operations tasks for the Regional Distribution Center.

Lead strategic vision, roadmap, and operational delivery for Subaru.com. Prioritize and manage web projects, partner with IT and agencies, optimize UX, CRO, SEO/GEO, track KPIs, manage internal and external teams, and use analytics to drive conversion and ROI.
