Teams at Subaru of America

Leads corporate vehicle operations and manages approximately 2,500 vehicles valued at $65 million. Oversees forecasting, ordering, nationwide logistics, storage, turnover, sales, audits, compliance, employee lease and purchase programs, and regional fleet activities. Provides team leadership, workforce planning, policy oversight, regulatory coordination, system enhancement support, pricing approvals, and stakeholder management.

Develops and updates technical training materials across classroom, web, virtual, and video formats. Provides audio/video support, fabricates training aids and simulators, tests web-based products, delivers technical training, and supports train-the-trainer sessions and technician competitions. The role also procures and ships course materials, coordinates with service engineering, and requires Subaru technician expertise, fabrication skills, and strong communication.

Lead design, development, integration, and support of Microsoft-stack enterprise applications. Spend ~80% on programming and 20% on business analysis, mentor junior engineers, participate in architecture and CI/CD, support production (24/7), and build solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, .NET/C#, Azure, Dataverse, and REST APIs.
