Partners with business and IT leadership to deliver secure, scalable solutions, improve processes, oversee vendors, and align technology initiatives with organizational objectives.

Technical lead for the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform CRM engineering practice. Designs architecture, coding standards, security patterns, ALM strategy, and CI/CD pipelines while developing complex Dataverse solutions using C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, .NET, APIs, and ETL workflows. Reviews internal and vendor work, ensures governance and quality, mentors engineers, manages the technical vendor relationship, and evaluates emerging Dynamics, Power Platform, and Azure capabilities.

Performs automotive repair labor time studies, establishes warranty labor rates, and maintains repair codes and claim information in Subaru systems. Reviews claim processing, responds to retailer time allowance requests, updates warranty labor guides, administers service manual corrections, supports service bulletins and campaigns, and provides technical analytics. Requires extensive Subaru vehicle knowledge, Master Technician credentials, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Siebel.
