Subaru’s summer internship program gives students real-world experience through meaningful projects, collaboration with professionals, and skill development related to their majors. Internships run May through August at Subaru headquarters in Camden, New Jersey, and other U.S. locations. Interns work 37.5 hours weekly and may support areas including accounting, engineering, IT, marketing, HR, finance, sales, supply chain, and project management.

One-year internship program for junior and senior students pursuing a master's degree or current master's students. Interns complete meaningful projects related to their majors, collaborate with professionals, develop career skills, and work part-time during the academic year and full-time during summer. Positions span business, technology, engineering, finance, marketing, HR, sales, supply chain, and other disciplines.

Develops and executes marketing strategy, go-to-market plans, campaigns, positioning, content, partnerships, events, and customer education for connected vehicle products. Conducts market and competitive analysis, manages agency and marketing budgets, tracks campaign performance, and reports results. Collaborates with product, sales, engineering, Subaru marketing, agencies, and technology partners to drive product awareness, adoption, and engagement. Supports vehicle evaluations, product presentations, and industry conferences.
