Forward Deployed Engineers build and deploy custom software solutions for Swedish government and commercial customers in Stockholm. Responsibilities include integrating platforms with data sources and IT systems, developing applications and data pipelines, rapidly prototyping, collaborating with analysts and operators, leading field technical delivery, and informing the product roadmap. The role requires full-stack or systems engineering expertise, strong communication, and adaptability in high-stakes, ambiguous mission environments.

Leads Strider’s global corporate communications function, shaping corporate narratives, executive messaging, thought leadership, media and analyst relations, reputation management, and communications across international markets. Advises the CEO and senior leadership, manages internal and external communications partners, develops scalable processes and measurement frameworks, supports sensitive issues and major company announcements, and builds a growing communications team.

Produce polished marketing assets across digital and print formats, including presentations, web pages, long-form content, social graphics, emails, and event collateral. Apply brand standards, adapt existing creative, prepare print-ready files, maintain organized assets in Box and SharePoint, update WordPress pages, incorporate feedback, and collaborate with marketing and creative teams to deliver accurate work on schedule.

Researches federal markets, agencies, procurement activity, competitors, contract vehicles, and teaming partners to identify and qualify government opportunities. Analyzes market and customer intelligence, supports RFIs and proposals, develops competitive assessments and executive briefings, maintains CRM and pipeline data, tracks KPIs, and informs capture and growth strategies for national-security-focused federal business.

Build and manage Strider’s federal partner ecosystem, including systems integrators, prime contractors, resellers, distributors, and technology partners. Recruit and onboard partners, develop joint business plans and pursuit strategies, generate partner-sourced pipeline, coordinate teaming and contract vehicle access, enable partners with training and sales materials, and track performance in CRM systems. Collaborate with Capture, Sales, Product, and Contracts teams to expand government-market reach and support federal growth.

Supports federal acquisition strategy and government contract execution across the full lifecycle, including opportunity monitoring, proposals, negotiations, awards, modifications, funding, administration, and closeout. Manages the company’s GSA Multiple Award Schedule contract, interprets FAR and DFARS requirements, reviews agreements, and advises Growth, Legal, and business stakeholders. The role also monitors procurement platforms, develops solicitation responses, and coordinates teaming, subcontract, and consortium agreements.

Own new-business sales in Japan across commercial, academic, research, and government customers. Build pipeline, develop territory and account strategies, lead discovery, demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and contract execution. Establish trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, navigate complex procurement processes, maintain CRM forecasts, meet revenue targets, and provide market feedback. Collaborate with solutions engineering, marketing, product, intelligence, customer success, and global leadership teams. Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events, with up to 20% travel.

Serve as a trusted advisor to client security, intelligence, legal, and executive leaders. Lead assessments, workshops, tabletop exercises, and engagements to operationalize strategic intelligence, improve economic security and insider-risk programs, and drive adoption of Strider's platform. Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure measurable client outcomes.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll develop and deploy software solutions in dynamic environments, integrate systems, and collaborate with clients to address technical needs.

Lead full sales cycle to acquire and grow enterprise accounts in the UK, build executive relationships, communicate product value, collaborate with internal teams, represent the company at events, and meet revenue targets.
