Build and manage Strider’s federal partner ecosystem, including systems integrators, prime contractors, resellers, distributors, and technology partners. Recruit and onboard partners, develop joint business plans and pursuit strategies, generate partner-sourced pipeline, coordinate teaming and contract vehicle access, enable partners with training and sales materials, and track performance in CRM systems. Collaborate with Capture, Sales, Product, and Contracts teams to expand government-market reach and support federal growth.

Supports federal acquisition strategy and government contract execution across the full lifecycle, including opportunity monitoring, proposals, negotiations, awards, modifications, funding, administration, and closeout. Manages the company’s GSA Multiple Award Schedule contract, interprets FAR and DFARS requirements, reviews agreements, and advises Growth, Legal, and business stakeholders. The role also monitors procurement platforms, develops solicitation responses, and coordinates teaming, subcontract, and consortium agreements.

Lead and scale Strider’s government sales business across federal, state, and local markets. Develop go-to-market strategy, build and mentor sales teams, manage complex government pursuits, cultivate executive agency relationships, and drive pipeline, forecasting, partnerships, and revenue growth. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Success, Legal, Security, and Compliance on customer outcomes, procurement requirements, FedRAMP initiatives, and public-sector market strategy.

Collect, evaluate, validate, enrich, and integrate Chinese- and English-language data to produce intelligence on PRC economic statecraft risks. Apply structured analytic techniques, Chinese-language expertise, AI-enabled workflows, and Strider methodologies to assess data and AI-generated outputs. Improve intelligence sources, workflows, methodologies, and product performance while partnering with Intelligence, Engineering, and Product teams to develop scalable capabilities.

Analyze Chinese- and English-language open-source data to identify actors, relationships, activities, and economic statecraft risks related to China. Validate data sources, evaluate AI-generated intelligence, apply structured analytic techniques, document findings, and produce actionable risk intelligence. Collaborate with Intelligence, Engineering, and Product teams to improve data quality, automation, analytical workflows, and scalable intelligence products.

Own new-business sales in Japan across commercial, academic, research, and government customers. Build pipeline, develop territory and account strategies, lead discovery, demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and contract execution. Establish trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, navigate complex procurement processes, maintain CRM forecasts, meet revenue targets, and provide market feedback. Collaborate with solutions engineering, marketing, product, intelligence, customer success, and global leadership teams. Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events, with up to 20% travel.

Lead full-stack development for APAC-focused intelligent data pipelines and AI-powered features. Collaborate with engineers, product, and analysts to design, prototype, and ship production-ready systems using LLM SDKs, integrate proprietary data assets, and support custom client solutions.

Serve as a trusted advisor to client security, intelligence, legal, and executive leaders. Lead assessments, workshops, tabletop exercises, and engagements to operationalize strategic intelligence, improve economic security and insider-risk programs, and drive adoption of Strider's platform. Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure measurable client outcomes.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll develop and deploy software solutions in dynamic environments, integrate systems, and collaborate with clients to address technical needs.

Lead public sector sales by owning the full lifecycle from prospecting to close, navigate federal procurement, build relationships with government stakeholders, manage pipeline and forecasting, coordinate demos and executive briefings, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive account growth and retention.
