We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to drive the talent acquisition strategy for our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on technical roles, ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring teams.
- Talent Strategy Development: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs, establish talent benchmarks, and create a proactive talent pipeline strategy aligned with our growth goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted partner to leadership and hiring teams, advising on market trends, candidate quality, and hiring best practices.
- Candidate Engagement: Develop tailored approaches for sourcing and nurturing candidates, building rapport and showcasing Strider’s mission and unique company culture.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate and refine recruiting practices to enhance efficiency, ensure compliance, and optimize for quality hires.
- Flexibility and Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to support People Operations initiatives, demonstrating resourcefulness and adaptability in contributing to projects across the team.
