Own a portfolio of enterprise customers as a trusted advisor, driving SaaS adoption, measurable business outcomes, customer health, satisfaction, and long-term retention. Develop success plans, engage senior stakeholders, identify risks and growth opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Support. Represent customer feedback internally while building lasting customer advocacy.

Manage day-to-day LATAM office operations from São Paulo including vendor and compliance management, invoicing and payment follow-up, supplier relationships, event organization, and use of AI-based tools to improve administrative efficiency while coordinating with finance, HR, and global teams.

Work with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions, automations, and agents. Translate business challenges into scalable, governed solutions, establish reusable AI patterns, and drive adoption to deliver measurable business value.

Lead end-to-end ownership of Workday, Workday Adaptive Planning, and Jira; define roadmaps, governance, integrations, and data architecture; drive adoption, platform scalability, AI-enabled automation, and measurable financial and operational value across Finance, People & Culture, Professional Services, and IT.
