Lead requirements gathering, workshops and trainings for Master Data Management projects; design and document as-is/to-be processes; configure and implement Stibo Systems STEP; perform data analysis; support project management on risks, timelines and scope; and assist pre-sales with RFIs/RFPs to deliver high-value customer solutions.

Manage day-to-day LATAM office operations from São Paulo including vendor and compliance management, invoicing and payment follow-up, supplier relationships, event organization, and use of AI-based tools to improve administrative efficiency while coordinating with finance, HR, and global teams.

Lead product marketing for enterprise SaaS solutions: develop positioning, messaging, and GTM plans; create sales enablement materials and training; conduct market and competitive research; drive customer-facing thought leadership and integrated demand-generation programs to grow awareness and pipeline.

Work with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions, automations, and agents. Translate business challenges into scalable, governed solutions, establish reusable AI patterns, and drive adoption to deliver measurable business value.

Lead end-to-end ownership of Workday, Workday Adaptive Planning, and Jira; define roadmaps, governance, integrations, and data architecture; drive adoption, platform scalability, AI-enabled automation, and measurable financial and operational value across Finance, People & Culture, Professional Services, and IT.

Support People & Culture with internal communication and employee engagement: create content for Viva Engage, SharePoint and all-hands; explore AI integration; tell employee stories; contribute to recognition, workload and growth initiatives. Hands-on, mentored internship from August to December (unpaid).
